Very happy with service and product thanks 😊

On 12/15/2025 I placed an order and as today 2/6/2026 still haven’t received it.Reached out on several occasions and I am told that I will receive my order .,I am now asking for a refund.

I got the joke gift. It's a present you have to open with tools, and at the end a middle finger pops up. I just received them, and they come in a bunch of little pieces. I have to put it together just to have them take it apart. It was advertised as a gift. Not something I would have to put together. The little pieces fell all over rhe floor when I opened it. Not impressed.

Definite scam.
Fake tracking number and details, when you speak to the shipping service they have no info or records on the supplied tracking number.

Have not received my order. 30th November

What a scam, misleading currency I was charged $82 AUD for 6pairs of socks 🤬

This place is a total scam. So I ordered one item, on Aug 20th, I stopped getting tracking updates on Sept 17th. It seemed like it got stuck in a different state, it hadn't moved in a week or so. It happens. So I emailed the company on Oct 5th, and they responded within 5 minutes with a new tracking number, so yay, right? Well, no, this gets weird. I got a notification from my Shop App that it was delivered on Oct 21, but I did not get a package. So, I looked at the new tracking number (from an overseas shipper, no problem, I've gotten things from China before), not only did it say Delivered on Oct 2nd (not the 21st), but that it shipped on Sept 4th! Now how do these dates add up? Impossible. They do respond to my emails, but won't acknowledge the strange dates and say to contact my local usps. Of course there is no way of even filing a claim since the ship date is so wishy washy.

Be aware they charge is USD !
Really cheap plastic quality - I would say they purchase from Temu and place an extravagant mark up on items.

The product was advertised at $16 I was charged $38. The product has taken over a month. Australia post have attempted to deliver it now twice. They have either put the wrong address or something similiar. They keep refusing to refund my money. I will continue to harass them. DON;T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have a long list of attempts by Aust Post to deliver. It says they are trying to deliver to Kingsgrove. I live in roselands.

Bought 5 tank tops at a cost of $86.00 Canadian. Items were not suitable so I wrote the company and asked for the return process and return address. 6 emails later and all they will do is refund me $15.00. They actually told me to swap it with someone else. Please do not buy from this company unless you are fully willing to lose your money if the item is unsuitable, damaged, etc. There Is ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY!!!!!

I bought a screen door but never received it. I kept emailing them about it and they said to track it...that did no good at all. 2 months later and I still have not received the screen door. I will never buy another thing from these crooks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a selfie stick from an instagram. It was broken when I received it. The company told me it was too expensive to return so they’d only refund me $5. I paid $40.
They know their items are not well made and don’t care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought for my grandson who is obsessed with lighting McQueen. He loves them they fit great.
