We recently returned from a 6 day stay in Dubai, staying at the Atlantis hotel for 3 nights and the Burj Al Arab for 2 nights. My wife and I had the best experience and everything was exceptional. This was mainly due to Chris @ Adored for sorting everything out and being very knowledgeable with any questions we had. We will definitely be using him/Adored again.

Great service, shout out to Andy and the rest of the team. Will be booking our December holiday again through these guys.

Great holiday experience organised by Adored Holidays.

My neighbour recommended them, and they delivered a great customer experience. They helped me select the room and navigate the different hotel options.

Chris suggested the Premier Lounge package, which saved us a fortune. During our stay, the kids could collect whatever drinks they wanted - it saved us a fortune!

If you're looking for a travel provider who even calls you up after your holiday to make sure you had a good time - then give these guys a try.

It was a very seemless, stressfree process. Andy was absolutely fantastic! I'd definitely use the services again.

Booked my holiday with Tina at adored holidays. Lovely hotel Rixos on the palm great value for money. Speaking to other holiday makers they paid more money and there holiday was shorter length of time. Free shuttle service to Atlantis and free tickets to the aqua park which was amazing. Lovely clean and safe country to visit. Would definitely use adored holidays again.

AVOID AVOID‼️do not ever book with these scam artists…they have numerous third parties involved in the chain, Adored are not the agents. I’ve got a complaint list as long as my arm, prior to and on return of my holiday to Dubai which they are not responding to. They lied about the hotel having a free shuttle service resulting in me having to hire a car and incur out of pocket expenses, the hotel changed management that was announced in May 24 and they didn’t inform me prior to my holiday in Aug, but kept hounding me for full payment before it was due to be paid. The hotel was practically a ghost town because they stopped taking bookings for refurbishment and bars and restaurants were closed. Appalling customer service with an admin team that has been sourced out of the UK you can never get hold of, calls never returned and tons of emails never replied to…..oh and they are not ABTA registered which makes complaining harder, small claims is underway. 😡

After the first company went bust Adored Holidays managed to keep our booking alive to Florida and go extra for us by giving us a Named Villa instead of having to wait until just before as we had previously booked. Chris was brilliant in keeping us informed and in making changes for us to the booking when needed. We got all the details we needed in a timely fashion and we all enjoyed our holiday with 0 stress. Would Def recommend using them in the future to anyone.

Smooth and efficient transfers, great hotel service and location all organised by Chris (again!).

Everything that was promised was delivered from the pick up at Dubai airport to the high quality hotel with excellent facilities. We had a great time without any cause for complaint. From start to finish explained everything we needed to know about our holiday to Dubai. Chris arranged private transfers for us which were great and his knowledge of our hotel was truly fantastic. We hope to go back to Dubai in the near further and will definitely be talking to Chris first as we want to try a different hotel but it really helps that someone like Chris has knowledge of the area as Dubai is larger than people think.

Booked a last minute trip to Dubai via Chris at Adored Holidays. He spent a lot of time running options and got us great direct flights from Dublin. Full of advice and tips that really made the holiday a better experience- sorting out club lounge saving money to getting our room available earlier after the overnight flight were a couple of examples. Don’t hesitate to get on the phone with Chris - he even called a few days after the holiday which was a great touch.

Chris was absolutely fantastic. So helpful from start to finish. Very responsive with messages every time I had a question. Everything went perfectly with the holiday. Will deffo recommend and use again.
