I do not know your company at all. I have given my card information to some website and your company got that card information and took money from my account. It was a mistake to give my account information and i certainly did not give you guys permission to take money

Edith contacted me and after many months I do not understand why?
I thought the matter with this company was closed.
Initially my complaint was that the sale was misleading.
I wanted to make a one off purchase and did not realise that this involved a subscription.
My bank have been first class in sorting out the problem, but unfortunately this was regarded as fraudulent activity on my account and involved having to issue a new credit card etc.
What an inconvenience!
