I'm based in the UK and my company recently started using ADP for payroll.
I have been trying to gain access to this account since Payday over a week ago.
I cannot get further than log in, it keeps saying update your password.
How many times am I going to change my password.
I just need to see my deductions etc.
Please can you advise if there is a glitch in the system.
It doesn't even offer technical support.
Absolutely diabolical.

I am beyond frustrated with ADP. I switched over from QuickBooks because their pricing was out of control for the few clients I do payroll for, based on a referral. But from the horrible conversion experience, to error after error, I regret switching over. I'm stuck now as I don't want to have to do another conversion and have even more issues with a different payroll company. They don't even bother to reconcile with EFTPS payments before processing the quarterly payroll reports, taking additional money from my client's bank accounts without notification. As a CPA, this was a bad choice! Stay away from this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My employer has used ADP for a few months now and each month I have had delayed salary payments and today I haven't even been paid! Normally I'm quite chilled about this stuff but I have a one month old baby, a seven year old and my wife is on maternity leave. So I am supporting them all. I am based in the UK, bank with HSBC and apparently there are a lot of issues with ADP and this bank! I will likely not be paid until next week now and it has caused a lot of stress.

ADP's website is a mess. It makes very little sense with poor support. I'm not sure why my company uses this website/app, but it's poorly designed and a hot mess at best.

Adp is the worst company. Do not ever use them for anything. They are not trustworthy. Recently tried to withdraw what I've paid into this poor excuses of a scam rip off company. ADP was supposed to of cut my check and had it in the mail and to me on Friday 11/14/2025. I have some immediate bills due. That must be paid by 11/14/2025. Due to complet misrepresentation, breech of contract, causing undue financial hardship and a lot of emotional distress. They completely lied to me and failed to issue my check due to a minor issue. That could of been solved by ADP calling me and fixing the issue. Yet ADP did not do that. By ADP own admission the issues Currently are 100 percent their fault and refuse to have my check with my money to me when promised and my bills are immediately due and not paying them on time will cause detrimental damage to me. Yet they claim they can not do anything alto get me my money. Even tho they admit it's completely their fault. Currently ADP has misrepresented themselves. They have broken a legal binding contract. They have committed fraud and causing a lot of problems in my life. That I would not be having if they did their jobs and not lied and failed to resolve the issue before it was too late. After spending 5 hours on the phone straight with several managers. Trying to fix the problems they admittedly created. Refuse to fix the issues and could care less about the damage they have caused with their direct negligent actions. They should not be allowed to do any type of business. They can not be trusted. If your company uses this incompetent unreliable untrustworthy company. Tell them to get rid of them immediately!!!

Now this company has really done it. Because the father didn’t want to pay he was garnished. They actually changed a child support order in the state of Florida. For 120 weeks they garnished an employee’s pay in Frostproof FL for child support, per week in the amount of over $500. per week. They received an additional order for $300. a month to be garnished for medical for his children from this same employee. So these so called specialists can’t read. They cut the weekly child support down to $69. a week period. My daughter was on the phone for almost 12 hours with ADP, child support enforcement of Florida, Nucor Steel in Frostproof for 2 days. So this is a violation of a court order, they can’t pull the money back from the employee and they can’t just reimburse my daughter because they don’t want to pay out because they messed up. But that’s where this company is going to rectify, because they will be fined more than what is owed now.

Asked for my password, said I needed to change my password as it does every couple of months, mostly crashes and I have to go into HR every time.

I like the layout and the app itself just don't like how hard it is to get on and the hassle every month to 3 months it should be easier to receive your pay slip

called by multiple brokers for ADP, they wasted my time, never got a quote for me, started problems with my current broker, and never did a single thing that was promised. After 4 weeks of dealing with the intake team, I never received the quotes for GL or WC and was signed up with an insurance company without my permission. I am going to speak with legal council about how to report these people to the right licensing board for a formal investigation to happen.

ADP messed up our state deposit schedule from the day of implementation. We got hit with penalties on multiple periods even after I brought it to their attention. Then they just debit your account to pay for the penalty for their mistake. I asked to speak with a manager. No call back.

They gave access to the wrong people for the wrong companies, so salaries and personal details were available to the wrong individuals. ADP is so unprofessional. The training is as you go, so the training lasts 3 months and you have to create your own notes and the systems are complex. It is self-service and good luck calling for support. From being on hold to getting basic instructions from a script on a complex problem. Biggest mistake we ever made was choosing ADP.

ADP left our paychecks out on the door in front of our business. Someone picked them up and now I'm in the process of closing and reopening payroll accounts with the bank for security. Unbelievable that a company was so lax with payroll checks. I would give a zero but was not a choice.

Honestly our experience has been beyond terrible. As an example, I have been calling for weeks now, 6 different times with trying to find out where our tax refund went that they owe us for a mistake that THEY made, and have been told 6 totally different things. Every single person says something different! They have no idea whats going on. Stay away from them.

Just look here. There are hundreds of bad reviews online saying "there is no customer service" and they all get replies. ADP must employ someone to do nothing but reply to bad reviews online. That tells you what you need to know. Reply to comment: If the vast majority of clients who need customer service don't know either what numbers to call for help or who is supposed to be requesting help versus who "isn't entitled to direct customer service", that is an ADP problem. Please don't try to contact me. I am absolutely not the contact for an ADP client.

ADP is really not there for small companies, they don't answer back, the app rarely works which will overload you with work to enter your staff hours because they can't enter it, they will often give you wrong info.
To finish, they will answer to contact your rep as an answer to this review when they perfectly know they don't assign you a rep. Fees extremely expensive for the very low quality in return. The date entered is one that follows at least 50 incidents before that of their app not working.
Do not recommend.
Edit: The answer of ADP is a lie we did not get any issue resolved and I'm still waiting on our losses to be resolved.

HORRIBLE service and super unreliable! I canceled this payroll service only after a few months of using their services because it was non-stop issues with just 1 employee! Since I canceled, the 2nd quarter tax payment they took out never got submitted and they failed to cancel the WC policy so a year later I am still getting invoices and fighting this.
