I contacted Connor just over a month ago to look for a job, he took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and used that to recommend me relevant opportunities.

Throughout the process Connor was extremely helpful and helped coach me through the recruitment process whilst handling the communications with the employer with the utmost professionalism.

I cannot recommend Connor enough to anyone that is looks for a change.

Stuart McGill has been AMAZING!

About 6 months ago I started a process of finding work, among all the applications only Stuart gave me an opportunity.

He found me job opportunities instantly, and helped me land a Job within a week! Then there was a six month waiting period for my passport to come through. The entire time he has kept in touch and let me know how everything was progressing, letting me know he still cared and was genuinely invested in me.

Stuart McGill has genuinely cared about my happiness and excitement for my new position within JD Sports.

I can only imagine the incredible unseen effort that has been happening in the background.

Adria Solutions acted fantastically throughout the recruitment process. Following an application on Totaljobs 3 weeks ago, Nick, the director of Adria, rung me the following day to coordinate activities involved in the application process. Shortly after, Nick had organised an interview on my behalf with new company. Following a successful interview, he also rang to check on how it had gone. This process was repeated for a second interview, which was organised in person at my request.

At every step Nick got in contact over the phone to ensure things were going well and were moving in the right direction. Finally when the job offer came he negotiated my salary and got what I was expecting out of the role.

I would recommend Adria Solutions looking for a role, particularly in technology.

I dealt with Stuart McGill regarding a Business Analysis role that was available that he thought I may be interested in. I am pleased to say that after applying I was successful in securing the role. I have to say that the level of engagement from Stuart was excellent throughout the process. He contacted before and after the interviews to provide guidance and ensure that I was prepared and understood the format. Even after accepting the role, he was in touch to check on that things were ok and whether I needed any assistance transitioning to the new role.
