SCAM:Refund requested after full delivery of agreed services

We were contracted by the owner of AdsDRIVE-IN through Upwork to provide Amazon PPC services for his client. The scope, pricing, and deliverables were agreed in writing before work began, and he was informed from day one that we operate as an agency with a team.

We delivered the agreed services, including an account audit, campaign setup, bid and budget optimization, and negative keyword management. All work is recorded with timestamps in the Amazon Ads change history.

After the services were delivered, a refund was requested. We did not receive specific feedback identifying which agreed deliverables were missing.

Sharing this so other service providers make sure milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms are fully secured before starting work.
