Placed an order then tried to make me fill out a verification form including drivers license. If you look up address listed on site it's a storage unit so yea, scam site. Whoops. Now I have to watch my account for fraudulent charges, possible cancel card. Ugh. How these sites get away with this stuff for so long.

Ordered a pair of prescription motorcycle sunglasses from them, got an automated response, did not hear anything for a week so decided to call them, phone answered promptly and was informed of the progress of my order, lenses on way from Germany, expected any day so should get my glasses in approximately one week, will keep you updated.

I’m pretty sure this is a fake company. I placed an order back in March and I never even received a confirmation but they did take my money out of my account. I reached out to them via email multiple times and I still heard nothing back. I’ve even threaten them with a charge back and still nothing

I've been a customer for years. Since COVID, the company is non functional. No one answers the phone or returns voicemail. I finally got the cell of one person who tried to help me with an order, but over a month later I still don't have my order AND they cancelled part of the order as they tried 3 times to make the lenses and gave up.

This lens was something I'd ordered many times in the past.

My suggestion is find another vendor. This company is effectively closed.

Ordered RX glasses Sep 7. Apart from an automated reply, after 2.5 weeks have heard nothing further from this company despite sending six emails and multiple int'l calls. They do not answer their phone and voicemail has been disabled. I also sent my prescription and measurement data, but received no reply or acknowledgment. I have no idea whether ADS is working on my order or even still in business. It's like they do not exist. Advise you to find another seller.

Absolutely zero communication from them. I understand that right now the world is struggling. But all I want is someone to respond. I ordered some sunglasses on the 16th July. Non prescription. I received an email telling me my order was being processed. Since then I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed them 5 times and I’ve even used the live chat on the website, but still nothing. I’m at a loss for what to do if I’m honest? Right now all I have is an email saying adseyewear have taken my money. If anything I hope this review will get me a response. Otherwise I’ll have to cancel the payment. I would like to leave something positive, but unfortunately I can’t.

This was my first experience with ADS. I ordered prescription (progressive) polarized lenses to fit my Oakley Flak 2.0 frames using the website order-form. Entering the prescription and uploading the optometrist prescription file worked flawlessly. I emailed ADS with a couple of questions and received a friendly response from Julia within a few hours. Surprisingly, my order was processed and received within10 days. The prescription is correct and the lenses fit my frames perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase experience.

Ordered lenses for my Rudy Project Zyon...they don't fit, way too small, they clearly use another frame than the Zyon...very frustrations.

FAKE OR REAL OAKLEY Rx LENSES? I can''t seem to get a response from them.
While they do the work after they take the money, the team seems to be unresponsive and uncoordinated regularly. It requires multiple calls and emails to communicate the same thing again and again. My Oakley sunglasses were sent for Oakley prescription lens replacement. The job was completed in almost 4 weeks after multiple emails and calls providing the same prescription information - it's like they go through amnesia daily or just play dumb!

Sunglasses were sent back supposedly with Oakley prescription lenses but no certificate of authenticity( one would think) or Lens Warranty Card (one would expect) or care instructions or even a cleaning cloth accompanied them. Multiple emails to Manager asking how do I now the lenses are actually Oakley have not been answered. Now, what would one think about authenticity? I paid a decent amount ($272) for the replacement and now here I write this, unsure of whether what I received is real or fake. I am planning to take them to a Oakley store/re-sellers to validate. Will update review if I ever hear back from them or get the lenses authenticated. May be local LensCrafter is the way to go - at least you know what you are getting.

Ordered my lenses on July 5th and they haven't finished it yet (8/5). They keep extending the delivery day. Won't buy from them anymore after this one.

I have a very high prescription and with the type of sunglasses I wanted they do wrap around the eye. ADS specializes in these types of lenses for prescription but there is still some bubbly “fisheye” effect, not as bad as one would expect though. I will say they have the best lenses I’ve ever looked through, I would say even better than Oakley’s lenses with more options too! The colors are amazing when viewing through my Trivex Copper/brown polarized lenses. 4/5, the only thing setting them away from a 5 is the fisheye effect I get.

From the time I called to order the staff was polite and extremely helpful through the ordering process. The delivery was timely. I am very pleased with the overall concern for the customer that this company portrays. I would and will use this company again if I am ever in need of lenses.

Easy to shop and find glasses. Shipping took a little longer than expected.

Fairly expensive, but otherwise good. Prescription is right and glasses seem durable.

The process was easy and the glasses were made quickly and shipped to me a lot faster than I expected. The communication was excellent and the prescription lenses are perfect. I would order with them again.

Second time I've used ADS - they're the only people I've found who can reliably manage a progressive prescription in a curved lens (my optometrist took 5 attempts to *almost* get it right. On top of that they have an outstanding selection of frames and lenses. Combine that with their quick, friendly service, and I plan on coming back again!

Accurate prescription ski goggle inserts that securely fit my particular goggles. They provide clear vision without distortion. The ordering was easy on their website, and the inserts were delivered as promised and for a reasonable price. This system is far better than using over-the-glasses goggles because the lenses stay put while skiing, and there is no risk of eyeglasses falling off and hitting the ground when the goggles are removed after skiing (which has happened to me and many others).
