Very practical online version
Very practical online version. Fast simulations. Comprehensive reports. Very intuitive. I miss support documentation, guides and a greater number of examples. With that implementation, the experience would be seamless.

Overall good software, unsure about visualization
Overall, very happy with the software, easy to adjust and once understood the features able to adjust to specific project requirements. Only issue was the visualization feature never worked. I tried multiple times and various scenarios and never was able to have it create the video and visualizations.

Apologies about the issue you were experiencing with visualisation, if a feature is not fully functioning for you, please reach out to us via email, so we can fix it.
With regards to visualisation itself, sometimes jobs get stuck and require a server restart from our end. If you would like to give it another try now, it should all be working now.

The new cloud calculation is very fast
The new cloud calculation is very fast, I realty liked the fact that you can divide a building in zones and click on a button once to run the simulation for all zones at the same time. Also the expert nice is quite useful, especially as a starting point

the expert settings didnt get proper…
the expert settings didnt get proper solutions as well the load range start from 1000 but its will be more useful to start from 320, 400, 630, 800, 1000
