I purchased a virtual instrument from ADSRSounds over two years ago. I tried to install it on my new computer but had a couple of installation problems. First, my download link had expired. They resolved that quickly. Then the license key was "invalid." I was directed to the manufacturer who sent me right back to ADSR. It turns out the manufacturer had a new system for generating license keys and should have been able to help me, but since I was sent back to ADSR, Claire in support went above and beyond and got me a new license key. Thank you!

I've bought a number of VST's from ADSR, the website gave me problems at first with redownloading some of them because it had been a year since purchase, but ADSR was timely in refreshing my links. Afterwards I had an issue with iLok not authorizing or detecting my license but ADSR came through again and got it resolved. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

in 2018 I decided to start using virtual instruments and produce Pop and R&B versus using live instruments and it was a steep learning curve. I was suddenly knee deep in plug-ins, samplers, 808s and an array of hardware.

I came across ADSR on you tube and immediately purchased a yearly subscription and have been with them ever since. I honestly cannot recall a single time when I needed to know something and didn’t find a competent teacher in the massive database of tutorials on the site. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. If I have questions about a plug-in purchase or anything else, the response is always prompt and helpful.

I am indebted to ADSR. Thank you Claire in customer service and the entire ADSR team.

Late Sunday night I sent a question into the chat. I woke up very early Monday- on the 4th of July I might add and my question was answered. I chatted a few more questions with an immediate response from Claire! Got my situation resolved now Im back to making music. I dont know about you but WorkFlow is everything when creating. Good Customer Service makes a Big Difference in Work Flow Too!
