ADSR - My New "One-Stop"!
My very first visit to ADSR was in 2022 when I acquired the amazing ADSR Sample Manager, and some incredible "production-ready"sounds, samples, and loops. My production workflow was instantly supercharged X's 10 (and likely more). Poof! In a flash, what had become the time consuming separation (gap) between file searching and creativity had vanished. This thing is so feature-packed with functionality, that it rivals some leading DAW's "sample editors", and other "paid sample managers". All for Free!

From the very first browsing experience; the engaging design & intuitive layout of the site, the premium sounds, the vast selection of tutorials, courses, and plug-ins, the unbeatable value of their bundles & sale items, ...and a free gift with every paid purchase, it's as if I've discovered hidden treasure!
Most recently; I found the most unheard-of-deal - "Sonics Empire 6 pack $20 Drill Bundle". I listen to the demo (Next Level!!), I had to have it! Now, this was a timed offer.
At point of purchase I encountered an unexpected issue with finalizing my order. ADSR Check-Out process went so smooth (previously), I must be making an error, or it could be a security measure with this card or something. After several failed attempts, …I'll try again tomorrow, right?
Past contact with customer support (With Some Other Companys) have at times proven to be, ...well, ...taxing to say the very least. So, I avoid it as much as possible, and often times manage to figure things out for myself, or take my business and referrals elsewhere.
After several more unsuccessful attempts and days, I bit the bullet and contacted ADSR Customer Support to explained the situation. I was truly amazed at the extremely swift response I received, but was informed that unfortunately the sale had ended. While email communication can (at times) loss the genuine sentiment or tone amidst the text, I really felt my dilemma was fully appreciated. No promises were made, and I was quite relieved that my enquiry wasn't conveniently closed, but instead, considered further.
Over the course of a day (or so) I was kept updated every step of the process - from uncertain onset to favorable solution, and never once was I treated any less than a valued customer. I received the
"green-light" to proceed, and Check-Out went Ultra Smooth! My Receipt, Download Links, Invoice Number, and Loyalty Credits were emailed to my inbox faster than I could log-out of my ADSR Account. My "Sonics Empire - 6 for $20 Drill Bundle" downloaded effortlessly, and I very meticulously evaluated the entire bundle. FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!
All the sounds are genre accurate, ...and the quality, ...these are those "Chart-Topping" sounds that are ready to go, and inspire you to go harder!
I'm stoked! So much so, I have continued to shop there, receive outstanding deals, and high-quality gifts with each paid purchase.
The customer care that I received was Pro-League at it's finest! This was the “Decisive Factor” for me.

I’ve been buying stuff from ADSR for a while now. Always a good experience but I especially have to highlight this…their customer service. Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. I've been a customer for some time now. They really do offer some great deals and quality free gifts with purchases. Definitely one of the better plugin/sample shops around. Recently I had an issue with a credit card transaction that failed when making a purchase (my credit card company's fault it seems) - and ADSR really bent over backwards to help me out on that and got the order re-processed successfully. Not many companies care anymore - much appreciated!
