Expect a poor, rushed finish
I attended a property for what was described as commissioning an electrical heating system for the clients mother. When I arrived the site was ripped apart with acro props right where she wanted me to install underfloor heating.
The site was in a dangerous condition to work, so I declined to continue at that point just to meet a needy and pushy site supervisor who didn't have any idea of timelines and procedures for installation of anything. She thought she could tile over under floor heating straight away and have it working efficiently, despite the installation diagram she had clearly showing that there are multiple steps to complete the process.
Being a professional I declined to do a rush job and told her she would need to push her tiler back.
A professional won't rush a job. This woman wanted everything rushed.
