Horrible withdrawal system, takes 72 hours for a seller to withdrawal funds.

I withdrew money and it went to a pre-set address I made a year ago and they havent replied to my ticket in 48 hours. They wont do anything about it.

I got my account compromised by the people who I bought this item from, and then they terminated the account so I cannot request a rollback.

I had bought a lim for a hefty amount, I had bought the item and never received it upon purchase. Had contacted support with little to no assistance on this issue. The money has also never made its way into the virtual wallet for the website as well. Be careful when usd buying fellas….
No refund should be added

Sold a few items on here fast, and money went to my seller balance. I tried to cash out with gift cards and it told me error. I contacted them and they simply told me gift cards are “probably not in stock” and I never received anything after that from them. No clear communication on when they might be back in stock to withdraw my balance. I don’t think I would be selling my items on here again if it’s like this everytime im going to withdraw.

my only complaint is the price of the giftcards on adurite. its 45 USD for a 25 USD giftcard!!! And i have to get them because i live in spain and normal card payments dont work.

I was trying to purchase a really cheap offer which seemed very tempting and chose to pay with Bitcoin - after waiting quite a while for the transaction to process, it turned out that it failed so i ended up paying and not receiving my goods.

The Adurite terms of service, specify that a refund is granted in such case so i chose to contact the support to get either my refund or my goods - the support team then ended up giving me the equivalent amount of money as "buyer balance" which can only be used to purchase other goods on the website and cannot be withdrawn.

This was very upsetting as i was promised a refund and definitely was not planning on buying other items as they are overpriced due to their high transaction fees.

I chose to then argue with the support to get my money back and they told me that they cant directly refund me as this violates the Anti-Money-Laundering law, however this was just an excuse to sell me their on-site balance as the ALM does NOT prohibit the provider to directly refund the buyer if the goods were not provided.

After i provided this point, the AML was never mentioned in the conversation again and they ended up not giving me my refund - instead they told me "I truly believe in my heart of hearts you can find something worthwhile to purchase that will have more value than "practically useless""

This is just straight up missleading, compare it with this real life scenario:
My local Apple shop advertised their new IPhone 17 to only be 300$, since i usually dont buy overpriced products i avoid buying from this supplier but such a cheap tempting offer just isnt resistable so i chose to buy it - upon paying instead of giving me my promised goods, they ended up giving me 300$ worth Apple giftcards which is not refundable (non-withdrawable site balance).

So now for me to get some of my money back, i will have to invest effort into buying another overpriced item and then finally finding a buyer so i can get some money back.

conclusion:
I felt save buying an item - however ive never gotten my goods and now i ended up having to waste my time and losing around 40-50$ from my original 160$.

Money greedy website trying to secure every cent of profit they possibly can. i am sure that this is not the only loophole which they have prepared - they for sure have other ways to legally scam their customers.

As described before, this is not about “ignoring AML laws.” AML regulations (including those referenced in your own Terms) focus on KYC, transaction monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity. They do not prohibit returning funds to the original sender in the case of a failed transaction.

The owners recommended me in the discord server to resell the item to myself so my "Buyer balance" turns into withdrawable "Seller balance" - the joke writes itsself, if the AMLs would actually be the reason, they would not allow this and definetly not recommend it to me. this also additionally confirms their greedyness as they see no problem with it since im paying the 15% + 10$ fee in this case.

Additionally it seems like they are trying to frame me as the bad guy and represent themselves as the victim by saying that i am "threatening" them with a bad trustpilot review, the principle is simple:
the offer was missleading, i lost money and time, i had a bad expierience, i want to let others know to prevent them from falling into the same trap. this is the whole point of trustpilot.

They have also tried cencoring this review and banned me from the discord for spreading awareness about it?

If they can take your money through another loophole they will.
