AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. This website is a scam operation disguised as a legitimate retailer.
I ordered what was advertised as authentic branded sneakers. Not only did they admit that it was counterfeit products, but also refused to issue a refund, despite my multiple requests before shipment as *i didn’t wan’t to carry fake or counterfeit products*.
Their so-called “customer service” is a joke: evasive answers, endless excuses, and total disregard for consumer rights. They try to hide behind “shipping policies” to avoid refunding customers they’ve deceived.
Everything about this company screams illegality, fraud and likely unethical manufacturing.

Counterfeit and thieves
I ordered a pair of New Balance 204L sneakers from AduvetAffair, and the experience has been terrible. After placing the order, I realized the product was counterfeit — which their own customer support later acknowledged in writing.
I requested cancellation three times before shipment, but they ignored all my messages and shipped it anyway. When I asked for a refund, they initially refused, saying it was “too late” since the item had shipped, even though I had proof of my cancellation requests.
Selling counterfeit items is illegal and unethical, and the company’s handling of this matter has been completely unacceptable. I’ve now filed a chargeback with my bank and reported the issue to New Balance’s brand protection team for trademark infringement.
Be warned: this is not a legitimate seller of branded sneakers. Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from authorized retailers.
