So after using the loan services and always paying back on time I suddenly had a problem with being recognized as paid and up to date in the my local Advance America store preventing me for reapplying for another loan for over 15 days! Store was educated by Regional Manager and last loan request went smoothly.

I went to your store to get a loan
I went to your store to get a loan. I am a prime customer and the store wouldn't give me a loan i I needed the money in a hurry. I went to my truck and went online they gave me the loan less than 3 minutes. Why you have a store and you got to go online to get the loan. I am a customer and I had to deal with rude people. Asked me in front of people. Saying did you pay the last loan. That is supposed to be private. You need to train your staff how to treat paying customer. I already got 3 loan from you. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
