The person assisting me barely spoke…
The person assisting me barely spoke English. In Hialeah, Florida where I currently reside a lot of people only speak Spanish which is a shame because I needed to ak some questions about a Netspend card and she could not answer any questions about it. You might have had more business if she could have helped me out with what I needed to know. All employees of yours need to speak English well enough to have a conversation with a customer who's first language is not Spanish there for I gave your company a bad rating.
