Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I came in and the girl got my documents, wanted me to show her bank statement on my phone, so I charged it somewhere and came back. The other lady catered to two or three other people and made me wait till the other came back from lunch. I felt it was not only unfair, but rude!!! She wasn't saying much and tried to insert me afterwards but the cold treatment was more than obvious! There was another customer who came in who paid her dues and they knew each other and chitchatted during the payment while I was waiting for my turn. How unprofessional was that? To make me wait even if she knew I was there prior to all the rest of the customers. The fact that my documents were already with the other girl who went out for lunch! It was such an infuriating experience. I was cringing with anger! But I kept mum and kept my cool! It is so much better to not stoop down to bad customer service! I I am sure she didn't mean to be mean. It is just the way she is! And I had no way to change that! I hope Advance America's bigwigs will
have a chance to read this! If they keep in touch with me, I am more than willing to point out which branch I went to!
