My home needed serious air duct cleaning, dryer too, and this staff was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly.
The estimate was easy, in the first phone call I answered questions about my home. The price was right and I was impressed with the staff right away.
The window of time was 8:30 - 11:30, and the knock on the door came at about 8:20, which was great!
The 3 men worked as a team and moved quickly through the house identifying the vent locations. I got to see what it looked like with a vent cover off and all the dust that was vacuumed out. The negative pressure sends the air duct dust and lint out to their truck through a giant hose coming up from my cellar, the furnace.
I got emailed the photos of before and after and it's really eye-opening to see that. I think everyone needs to do this and it's not something that gets done like it should, I would think.
Every 3 years was recommended, and only every 1-2 years for the dryer vent. The head guy taught me about full bore open, the flap outside for the dryer vent, which I can teach my husband, who always said the flap's moving so the dryer vent is clear, but no!
