Does not mix well, lumpy.

I've taken Advanced Amino for awhile. It helps with maintaining my muscle, physical exercise, etc. I do 45 minutes of floor exercises and small weight lifting 5 days a week and walk 2 to 3 miles everyday. I am also 78 years old and feel great.

I have the feeling this supplement is strengthening my memory, but it's not reliable. When I get excited, my brain folds up and I can't recall the simplest things. I think another 30 days may bring the strength I hope for, so I plan to renew the order.

I’ve been taking them for several years
