Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. My orders were dispatched quickly, good communication and I was totally kept up to date.

I had a problem with one of the items I ordered, so I emailed to ask about returns, including photos of the problem, and a replacement was dispatched almost immediately with no fuss.

Advanced Elements kayaks are great, but the customer service / aftercare at Vortex is even better - easily as good as I've had anywhere, I couldn't have asked for more.
