My PS5 had a dodgy HDMI port, I don't know how it became faulty as since I had it on it's release day it's been sat in the same spot, I can't remember changing leads that often, I've never dropped it or tugged on the lead. Anyway it seems it's a common problem. I kept losing the picture and having to fiddle around with the lead at the back until it just got too bad.
My friend sent me a link to Advanced Repair, I looked at a few other websites then came here to see if there were any reviews and there were, good ones.
So I sent my PS5 off on a Friday, it was delivered about 4.30pm Monday, the Advanced Repair website acknowledged receiving it on Tuesday by classifying it as 'Processing repair', I didn't hear anything Wednesday, then Thursday I receive a PayPal invoice saying the work is complete. I paid immediately and received my PS5 back about 12.45pm Friday.
When I first plugged it in and turned it on a black screen came up with some generic message about turning the machine off properly or something but the picture was fuzzy with red 'sparkles' all over the place, then the picture went completely. My heart sank and I just thought "Oh no....!!!".
I grabbed my bottle of WD-40 Contact Cleaner and sprayed the port and the end of the lead... and everything came back!! I was so overjoyed!! I now had a blue screen admonishing me about turning the machine off properly and rebuilding the database or something to that effect. In any case it wasn't long before everything was back to normal.
I was going to deduct a star for poor communication, it would have been nice if someone had emailed and said "we've got it, it is indeed the HDMI port, we're on the case", and maybe even sent some photo's of the workmanship. But then I thought that's unfair, they did what they said they were going to do and I now have my PS5 back in full working order.

OK, so I undertook to visit in order to get my Yeti touchscreen repaired. All my local Skoda dealer could offer was a complete unit replacement for the best part of £2000, but as none were available, they couldn't book me in. On line research, and Advanced Repairs came up. A couple of phone calls, and at 1pm today I arrived. By 1.20 I was on my way again, job done, and all for £170 - Invoice emailed to me. A return journey of 286 miles, but worth it! Thankyou!

Can't believe turn around was so fast! Sent Monday, received Tuesday, back Thursday, working perfectly! Will recommend to everyone!

Googled on Sunday, Posted on Monday, Received on Tuesday, Dispatched back on Tuesday, Received back on Wednesday morning fixed. What more do you need to know.

Amazing! Arranged my repair (Remarkable2 Power Button) over the weekend and posted the device on Monday. Had confirmation it had arrived on Tuesday, confirmation that it had been repaired on Tuesday and it was back in my hand fully functioning on Wednesday am...

Fantastic service, it really was! The touch screen on my VW media unit had failed, found Advanced Repair recommended on a VW forum and thought I'd try them out. Repaired for a fraction of the cost of anywhere else and back to me within days, and I'm not even in the UK! Thank you so much!

Our local “specialist” quoted £400 to replace the failed digitizer screen on our VW Discovery Media head unit.
I found these guys online, connected with Indi and was quoted £170 all in, including delivery and warranty.
Watched the YouTube video to remove the head unit, parceled it off to Indi and it was back, fully functioning, in 72 hours - amazing!

This company repaired my car touch screen today, for a fraction of the price quoted by the dealer or radio shop. They were easy to deal with, smart and polite.

Excellent communication and service. Screen ultimately turned out to be defective from manufacturer (not advanced repair). Advanced Repair fitted a second screen free of charge. Would recommend.

my remarkable 2 wouldn’t charge and despite it being less than a year old remarkable wouldn’t fix it. i sent it to advance repair on thursday and it was returned to me on saturday morning fully repaired. really impressed with the service and speedy turnaround.

Another victim of VW sat navs in a T6 . Did not take-up the rip off offer from the VW dealer of a 150 quid diagnostic check ...to tell me what I already know ...the buttons stop working .
Found these guys and looked at the reviews , felt a bit sceptical ....but probably the best service of any company ive used for a very long time . Sat nav unit now fully functional and turned around in 24 hrs .

What a find! My Skycaddie SX500 was just over 2yrs old and wouldn’t charge. Skygolf don’t offer a repair service just wanted to sell me another one. Quick Google search and up pops Advanced Repair. One phone call, posted it off and a couple of days later it’s repaired and back home. Indi kept me fully up-to-date and even went the extra mile giving my skycaddie a quick once-over. Thoroughly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service.emailed with a price on Friday.i posted it on Saturday and it was fixed and returned the following Wednesday,less than half the price of a new one from main dealers.

Really simple process, issue described and diagnosed confirmation via photo that the issue has been fixed and then sent back the next day via recorded delivery.

Overall, very effective service.

So, my Sky Caddie SX 500 golf GPS developed a fault with its charging point and became unusable as it wouldn’t charge. I found the website for Advanced Repair which basically said send us your GPS and £60 and we’ll repair it. Being a bit sceptical, I looked up reviews of the company and all seemed to be legit so I took a leap of faith and sent it off to them. I’m really glad I did. An email was received from them when they got my device, and another a couple of days later saying it had been fixed and was being returned. I posted it on the Monday and got it back on the Friday working perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
