I would give zero stars but it won’t let me. On 23 November 2022 I paid a deposit for roofing work. The agreement was that the roofer would carry out some remedial work to help with a leak before commencing work on replacing tiles in the roof at the beginning of January 2023. After paying the deposit the person was no longer contactable on the phone. I went to their premises in pages building several times but it is never open; shutters are down. The last time the receptionist answered the phone she said she couldn’t help and that I should just keep trying the phone number I had. Today a lady answered and sounded very flustered when I said who I was and said she would pass my details on to the owners Paul Carmen and Lee Tweddle. No one rang back!
