Quick delivery

I bought a rachet belt and they kept updating tracking then when they said it arrived, nothing there. Gave me tracking # and i took to USPO and they said it was not one of their numbers and i was probably scammed by this company.Advantage said It shows I received it and won’t do anything about. So i just purchase from Amazon and received a belt in 2 days. Don’t buy anything from this advantageouse.com company.

I made the order in November 2024 and never received the package or the refund.
At the beginning, my payment ”was approved” with an additional cost of 10$, ”due to a system error” (at least they credited me back 10$).
The status of my parcel hasn't been updated since December; has been made another order that ”disappeared” like the first one.
The refund ”is in progress” since 6th March.
What I can appreciate is how fast they responded to my e-mails, but this fact doesn't erase my dissatisfaction towards their services at all.

Package never received. Company refuses refund. Tracking numbers are different in each email. Post office says these are not their numbers. Uncooperative company. This is a scam company.

The company sent endless emails that had a bogus tracking # that tracked the earrings from Strasbourg France, but when I filed a dispute with Paypal, the seller gave Paypal an entirely different tracking number and the package arrived from an Ohio address. The seller agreed to refund my purchase price, but said that I had to pay for return shipping.....
TO CHINA!!.
The worst part is that they are NOT Sterling silver; no hallmarks, no 925 and they are magnetized ( held them near a magnet and they were pulled to it.) They also appeared to have been coated with a silver substance; most likely to hide the fact that they aren't real Sterling.
Paypal has been dragging their feet on this and I have uploaded quite a few files showing all of the above and yet still nothing about the return shipping. Their website says that they will pay if the item is not as described!
Never click on anything that is on Facebook; my first and last time.

I ordered the silver Italian dangle earrings with blue stones. They arrived in a timely fashion, supposedly from Italy, however there was nothing on the package that referred to it being sent from Italy. Total hoax. The silver was dull as were the stones. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

my order was never delivered and i was told it is not their problem as their shipping company did not deliver, the parcel was returned to them and they informed me they will not refund me, not even price minus shipment. be careful you will loose your money and no product

The packaging was excellent. It was sturdy and everything arrived in perfect condition. Unpacking was easy and all parts were secured neatly inside. There was no damage or missing parts. Very impressed with the care taken in packing these items. Instructions were clear and made assembly straightforward.

Initially skeptical, pleasantly surprised by how this products quality justifies its price. Performance surpasses a lot of competitors. However, the excitement dipped due to the three-week delivery time. Overall, a purchase that balances expectations and satisfaction.

Cheap products, they don’t look as on the pictures, poor costumer service: they don’t want to refund, too long shipping and last but not least, they offered me a discount but took all the money. PayPal hopefully will give me my money back.

Ordered what was advertised as handmade sterling silver vintage style drop earrings. What I received was not as advertised. It was packaged extremely poorly, made of metal and of very poor quality, maybe worth $1. I immediately contacted them via email to request the address to return the item and asked for a refund. I was asked to send a photo. I did. They replied that there was nothing wrong with the item and that they could give me a $4 refund. I reiterated that I wanted to return the item and receive a refund, to which they responded they could give me a $5 maximum refund. Their return policy states you can return an item if dissatisfied and to contact them for the address. So far they have not done that. This is a scam. I have placed a complaint with my bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute disgraceful - STAY AWAY from anything connected to this website. :(

I agree - worse than 1 star. Quoted price in AU$. I paid through Paypal. Paypal invoice was double. I contacted advantageouse.com within 30 minutes to cancel. Automated responses but no action. Products arrived, a stone sealer and waterproofing seal. The Stone Sealer wouldnt cover a cutting board - they advertised it as a bathroom vanity. Disgraceful. Still trying to get my money back.

After receiving bogus email updates regarding the delivery status of my acrylic box order with requests to click on suspicious links, I filed a fraud claim with PayPal (the vendor I used for the transaction). I received a full refund within hours of my claim, so I didn't lose any money, but I still wanted the cases for a gift for my granddaughter who collects the tiniest of little shells, rocks, beads, etc. So the tiny compartments are exactly what I was looking for! A way to see your tiny treasures without fear of dropping/losing them. I went to Amazon, found a reliable vendor and purchased the same product at a fraction of the cost with Advantageouse.

As a side note: several reviewers have commented about opaque exteriors to the boxes. When I received my order from the legit seller, the instructions specify to remove the opaque film which I accomplished with a generous soaking in Goo Gone. The film came right off and now my boxes are see through as advertised. The film is added to prevent scratches in shipping.

This company advertises small clear boxes for shells. The boxes are not clear and are useless undersized pieces of junk.

Absolute scam. I ordered 2 trasparent shell cases. it took 6 weeks to get them delivered. They are ridicously small and the front acrylic panels of both items are completely foggy and do not allow the see through. The customer service refused to refund and I ended up with 2 completely useless items

Worse than one star. Ordered 6 shell cases for each granddaughter for our beach trip and they are ridiculously small. Absolutely NOTHING would be able to fit in the compartments. I will be trying to get a refund. A company should not be able to get away with fraudulent sale and stealing peoples money.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a wood repair kit and instead received colored wood filler that only be used with the kit that they did not send. They will not make it right. From other reviews it looks like a common issue or scam with this company.

Your shell display case is honestly a disgrace. Not only is it impossible to fit shells bigger than my small fingernaill into the squares, but the back and front panels are opaque and it's impossible to see the colours of any minute shells you manage to squeeze in. I would like a refund, but obviously that would be a further waste of my time and money.

After 4 weeks of shipping time. I received a nice product with a CRACK. After several barely literate exchanges via email, they told me it could not be replaced because they shipped the correct item.
