No response to email enquiry or to my solicitor

On 21/10/25 I contacted four local solicitors by email for a conveyancing quote.
Three solicitors reponded within 24 hours.
ADVE did not respond.

(N.B. I used the email address on each solicitor's contact page after checking that it matched the address on the Law Society website (don't want to get scammed).)

...

Four months later.
Apparently they are not even responding to my solicitor's communications. Quotes from my solicitor:
3/2/26 "We will be writing to the seller’s solicitor..."
9/2/26 "we are yet to receive a response from the Seller’s Solicitors and have chased..."
17/2/26 " I am yet to hear from the Seller’s Solicitors and have chased again."
