We are annual pass holders. Family have worked there. Today two little children were so disappointed when the awful person ( under 18 the Supervisir said) told the kids who were first in line to wait for the next ride as they always do the carousel spinner before leaving and 2 other children had run in front of them into it. The rude didn’t begin. The awful person walked over and pushed the start button turned to the kiddies waiting as they had been asked to for the next ride and said ‘ this is the last ride now’. The kids faces, unbelievable. It was way before the close time!!! I spoke to her, the supervisor who said’ I ll deal with her, it’s not the first time….bless you, ah bless you’ patronising tone and no offer of anything genuine eg:a drink or points or ice cream for the kiddies. Shame on you Adventure Island you’ve some terrible customer service and staff that do not give a flying fish and chips about good service! P.S. Coffee was undrinkable and 4 were paid for and returned undrunk yuk.

Dump with shady drug dealing looking characters milling about, lots of hiviz security full of foreigners, overpriced and crappy rides with long queues.

I purchased tickets for Saturday 18th November for me and my family , We arrived at the fair to find out it was shut until February. Spoke to customer services and they won't refund - only transfer tickets to 2024, this is not good enough, I want my money back, you are not open and your website should not except bookings for this year when you are closed.....

DO NOT BUY OR BE TEMPTED BY THEIR ONLINE OFFER . I WAS OVERCHARGED.. POLIETLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS FLATLY REFUSED. WAS TOLD TO EITHER APPLY FOR A REFUND AND WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR THE MONEY AND BUY MORE TICKETS ONLINE NOW! OR USE THE TICKETS AND FORFEIT THE OVERCHARGE. I HAVE NOT THE FUNDS OR MEANS TO SPEND ANOTHER LOAD OF MONEY. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY RUDE & THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME.

Was thinking of going for a little break, A friend of mine sent me a link to view one of the entertainment shows, Well im absolutely disgusted at what i saw, drag people basically committing sex acts in front of children.

Will definitely be given that a wide birth.

Once upon a time drag queens on stage doing sexualized performance in front of children would have been grounds for police involvement & social services as criminal & safeguarding. Now the police would probably turn up and arrest those that reported the grooming of children with this TOTALLY AGE INAPPROPRIATE MADNESS for being some sort of “phobic”! While parading around in rainbow covered police cars…..

The parents are failing by letting their kids see it - it’s psychological abuse & it puts their children at risk of hands on abuse by messing their minds up

All adults involved have committed moral & legal crimes

Protect children - drag is not for children & should be kept shut away in nighttime clubs for adults only! Drag performers have NO place in children’s spaces FFS

I have been to adventure island a few times in the past and always thought the venue rated 5 stars how ever i was shocked and horrified to witness a sordid explicit sexual act being performed by a drag queen in front of young children, it was an LGTB event and having seen the film Freedom by Mel Gibson we now know it's all part of a global sinister satanic agenda aimed at the children so shame on you adventure island for promoting this sick sinister agenda .People need to research & wake up fast to what is really going on in our world today .

When my family went there for a day out.
They were not prepared for the show of debauchery and filth that awaited them.
Why have a drag queen as an act in the first place? Trying to be progressive has been the downfall of many a company. Where is your moral compass? Gross.

Why would you behave like this in front of our children? Have you no shame? Disgusting. You should not be allowed anywhere near children. I would never return and I advise any parent to avoid exposing this depravity to thier children.

Whomever though hiring a 'adult entertainer' whom perform in gay bars was acceptable for a children's setting should be summarily dismissed.
