They did not solve my problem.
The fridge unit is running fine, the power cord from the cigarette lighter suppling the power is faulty (intermittent issue).
I personally had to purchase another power cable over the long weekend that was reliable so that I could continue with our camping plans.
I would have at least expected a cable power replacement. How can someone enjoy the product if there has been a claim of a faulty power cable and close the ticket as if nothing is wrong.
The fridge and new power cable are doing fine. May end up needing buying another power cable to leave in the other car.

A month later and I still don't have my product i paid for and it wasn't delivered to home.and sent to a town i never go to.
Only was given 2 options, a refund or pick it up snd no compensation for having to drive a long way to pick it up. If there was more communication from the start, this awful situation would not be here. Now 4 children have missed out on a whole.summer holiday unable to use what we bought. Worst service I have ever had from any company ever.

Action camera
I ordered an action camera. The product was sent out in the products packaging with address labels stuck all over them (not in a postage box or bag that items would be sent by any other company) Packaging was damaged and this was ment for a gift. Tried contacting them to get generic emails after a long wait. Finally got a person but eventually was told my claim was rejected. I asked for a resolution to the damaged packaging as no care was taken in sending it. They didn’t offer any options like returning it, exchanging or refund. Just rejected. Takes forever to hear back from them. Worst experience I’ve had ordering online from a business.

The parcel was delivered 170ks round…
The parcel was delivered 170ks round trip from where it was meant to be delivered. No confirmation from delivery company on its opening hours. No phone number listed to contact them. On ringing Kings, they were unable to tell me any off this. I logged 2 official enquirers to date I have had no response which they say there would be. I paid delivery for the product. The recipient of the present then had to drive the 170ks to retrieve it. Not real fair. Kings to need to perhaps look at the company who they have delivering stuff, they are the ones failing. How often is this happening? The product is fine. But the whole process should be good.
