Needed a 3KV generator quickly and Kings offered the best deal for click and collect. I ordered it and picked it up within 3 hours. It has been running very well for my building site for the last couple of weeks.

Delay in delivery

You’re online set up is very easy to follow. My son picked up my order and pleased to know it was hassle free

Rubbish customer service, staff sell you products you don’t need for solar set up saying it won’t work without. Try to return useless items but instead hit with a store credit and 10% restock fee.

Train your staff or do you have to do full on research these days before you buy anything ?

All three items came separately!
One item came via Australia Post to my address!
The other two were dropped in Goondiwindi one at a time, and that’s one hour away!
Ordered as a bundle Christmas present all came separately. Sorry but I won’t be ordering from you again.

Ordered via web sire for a click and collect… no issues there … collecting it was BS …, first of all the sales assistant wanted me to sign my life way on a ridiculous waver for … which I refused … I still picked up the product… it just seemed a load of BS ..

Timely delivery with goods arriving as expected and in good condition.

First time customer of Kings, purchased a fridge from them and realised it did not fit location intended.
Returned it for exchange, their response was yes you can exchange but will cost you a 10% exchange fee.
If you want a credit can only have store credit not money back, oh and this will cost you a 10% surcharge.
Sorry cannot give you your money back, so effectively have just stolen my $408.
I would warn anybody never to deal with this company, based on my experience they are thieves.
