A terrible experience buying from them. I was one of the unfortunate people to buy the Puma x Fantastic Four collab. They refused to refund the purchase after a 5-month delay; however, others have received refunds. I do not recommend buying from this brand.
Scammers. After I placed an order securely using Affirm, they demanded a photo of my ID and a photo of the front and back of my credit card. When I expressed I was not comfortable sending my personal private information to order a sweatshirt they canceled my order. The truth was they were out of stock and misrepresented their inventory on the website!
Only an untrustworthy scam would demand a full photo ID and credit card information (that was never even used to order). This was a birthday gift order for my boyfriend. They have bad reviews on other sites for cancelling orders as well. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM
