I bought an induction hob from AEG and it never really worked properly. I had it repaired under warranty several times and the same problems persist. I asked the technician about getting it replaced over 2 months ago. He keeps telling me he will find out, then I hear nothing. I contacted AEG's customer service directly and they told me that only the technician (who doesn't respond or seem to know anything) can decide on an exchange.
They sell garbage and then make it very difficult to get an exchange by contracting questionable technicians to deal with warranty repairs. What a trash company.
