Withdrawal not paid and the chat link with the online support was removed.
They eventually, returned my capital but without the profit.
I chatted their online rep, who generated a fake account I knew nothing about. Thereby claiming I opened multiple accounts on the same device, which was actually a lie. A deliberate attempt to prevent them from paying the profits on the mining. And upon my questioning seeking answers from the online chat Rep, the chat icon was disabled immediately. No customer service to even chat with anymore.

Feels like I am trapped in a fraudulent scheme
I have purchased a 1.51% Hashrate Contract [Price: $4,900] for the second time. During the first term, I was able to withdraw my earnings without any issues. However, in the second term, I am encountering the following error message during withdrawal:
Error Message: The system detected an unfinished process in the contract.
According to the contract description: When the daily income reaches ≥ US$100, you can freely withdraw or purchase a higher amount of contracts to obtain higher income. However, the customer service representative claims that I am receiving this error because I did not purchase this contract five times in a row, which contradicts the information provided on the website.
I sent an email to info-at-aeonmining.com and waiting for their response.
[Update/ 21-FEB-2025]: I didn't receive any response from AEON mining yet. However they locked my account and customer service representative said that I violated the agreement. Not sure which agreement they are talking. They don't answer my question, instead of that they ask another question or blame me.
Response to AEON's reply [26-FEB-2025]: Reply button was not working for me, so adding the response here.
AEON team, you found a fancy keyword to justify taking people’s money. Seems like anyone who complains is suddenly an "attacker." Your team claimed my account was frozen because of a negative review on Trustpilot. Then, you realized your mistake and conveniently erased all the chat history—funny how that works. Normally, the chat history stays, and I’ve been seeing it there for over a month.
And about your useless lectures on being an adult—spare me the nonsense. Your own website states: "When the daily income reaches ≥ US$100, you can freely withdraw or purchase a higher amount of contracts to obtain higher income." So, what exactly are you denying my withdrawal based on? Other than your pure and obvious intention to scam?
One last thing about your claim—"Our platform will not pay attention to these comments." Your scammer team has already stopped responding to me, and my email has been completely ignored. At this point, I can only assume that the so-called customer support team and the owner(s) are the same group of scammers. One day, a customer support representative—Ana (which I highly doubt is a real name)—told me that if I agreed to pay for three more contracts [3 * $4900], she would "talk to the board" (which, let’s be real, is just herself or one of her scammer buddies) to lift my account freeze. Looking back, I guess that was my golden opportunity to transition from being an "attacker" to a full-fledged victim—according to your twisted logic.
As for your so-called 'concerns' about me attacking your site, I challenge you to meet face-to-face so I can prove I’m not an attacker—just someone demanding what’s rightfully mine. This is your golden opportunity to prove you're not a SCAMMER.

I was just on Aeon mining website
I was just on Aeon mining website. I was asking a customer service advisor if she was a person or an I-bot. She assured me she was real. I then proceeded to ask her hold old she was and if she had kids. I immediately was kicked out of the conversation. The conversation bubble is gone.

Underhanded Tactics, Abyssmal Support
You aren't able to withdraw money on the bigger contracts, as they become/are VIP contracts. This means that if you put in $4900, you are expected to buy that contract 4 more times before you can withdraw. This also extends to any referrals you bring on. They will be unable to withdraw any money if you have contracts in VIP status. When pressed for terms of the agreement, Aeon is unable to provide them. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere and avoid this headache.

From the moment of registering an account to the smooth start of mining, the whole process is smooth and there is no hindrance. If someone asks me which platform to choose for cloud mining in the future, I will definitely recommend it without hesitation.
Shady...
I purchased two contracts and one appeared to complete successfully after 20 days. However, I was denied withdrawal of my originally deposited funds and was informed I would need to purchase 40k of additional contracts (4x 9900) to be able to make any further withdrawals.
I took screenshots of the conversation to share as I saw that any negative reviews tend to be refuted, however I don't see a way to include them here. If it is helpful, I don't believe i was conversing with a real person but rather an AI bot.
At the moment, I feel my money has been hijacked as i was told i will not be eligible for any further withdrawals without purchasing the additional contracts.
I was able to recoup about 20% of the funds I deposited to purchase the two initial contracts before withdrawals were suspended. As my money is no longer eligible for withdrawal I will continue their process to see if I am ultimately able to redeem any of the money I have deposited. It will be another 200 days and 4 contracts before I know for sure. If results are positive I will change my review.
I believe a reputable company would return the funds as they were deposited.
I am forced to conclude this is not a reputable operation. In conclusion: Don't be like me, do not invest. Good luck out there.

Hi everyone this site works well until you start to get to a point where your nett out flow of cash gets close to your nett inflow. Aeon mining stop your withdrawals and tells you that you need to buy more mining contract to get you money out. Then they remove you from the chat and you say goodbye to your remaining cash. Please do not use them the truth in time will be revealed. This is a scam they only started mining in November last year but I don't see them lasting long. They are not who they say they are.

AEON mining is currently working BUT…
I went in with open eyes knowing that this is most likely is a Ponzi type scam and still exploited them. Let me explain.
AEON mining is currently working perfectly as promised and it gives you the returns promised. I tried, tested and it works. Deposited $1200, got the interest credited everyday for 15 days and also got the principal back after 15 days. Was able to withdraw the whole thing to my bitcoin wallet elsewhere. I did intermediate withdrawals of $100-200 also and it was also fine. The site is perfectly functional, well automated and the customer support is also very responsive. All good. However, here is the BUT...
Lets be logical, this is a Ponzi scheme, there are no fundamentals to pay you 23-40% interest per month. Is cloud mining that attractive? The site only puts server images and hash power rates (looks very random), but apart from that there are no crypto mining fundamentals seen. The more you invest, the more return you get, how come? you need to invest higher sums for longer time, how come? you get fixed return irrespective of market conditions, how come?
If you know how Ponzi scheme works, they pay the early investors, they build trust, they ask you to refer people based on your success. They infact actually pay you from subsequent investors deposits and attract bigger and bigger amounts, UNTIL...one day they see there is a big enough deposit kitty to appropriate and vanish.
I knew this pattern of Ponzi schemes and I then looked at when they started. They started in Nov '24, so now I am probably still one of the early investors, they will pay and satisfy me. Not sure how long the scheme will hold, but a typical Ponzi cycle is anywhere from 3-12 months. So you can still get your money from them for a while. If you feel like taking a BIG risk and get BIG reward, pls do, but do it cautiously, please dont put your life savings away.
There are other red flags too:
1. The company is simply a private limited company registered in the UK. In UK, to manage other people's money, you need a separate license from FCA. a Pte limited company can be struck off online and the website can be closed in seconds. What happens after?
2. There is no assurance or protection for your money, other than the statement: "Our CEO has promised to pay each and every investor". Really? who is the CEO and what ability does he/she have to make such a promise.
3. The automation on the site really good, but is limited to depositing crypto money, daily payments in US$ and then withdrawing money. What is happening behind the scene to grow your wealth is not at all clear.
So anyone, trying this like me, go with open eyes. Exploit their early cycle time and be prepared to lose everything. Just think of it, you put $30k in there and you get paid $15k every month for the rest of the life? Is it that easy?

At this point I cannot find one single person that can say that they were ripped off or did not get their investment back! I see all kinds of speculation and people saying that it's a scam that never lost any money, if you have lost money or didn't receive your withdrawal, then post that or talk about that. Otherwise stop saying it's a scam!

I invested $600 and all was smooth…
I invested $600 and all was smooth until I contacted a friend of mine in UK and learned that this company does not exist at the address given. Then if you read the other negative comments on here you will see on a couple the admin replying says things like we know who you are and you are invested in a different company. No other company would share that info and also there is no way for them to know the reviewers true identity. I tried contacting their customer service twice with no reply. The company has no phone number and the address and company number they list belongs to a company with a similar name that says they have no affiliation with this mining company as it is based out of another country. 100% scam. I withdrew my money and took my profits. I would advise anyone else to do the same before you lose your money. Also there are multiple websites like cryptokeying.com that take you to the same platform meaning they are funneling to one account despite claiming different companies with multiple addresses. Now you all can look below and see what i mean about the absurd replies. No legit company does that and lies to try and sound legit. Note below where he said old USERS then said made a single withdrawal. How do multiple people make a single withdraw and also how would he know when their is no contact between the company and customers ? He proved my point further with his reply to this review !

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
AEON flagged my review because they are afraid of a real person review but I will be coming until I get my money back. Not a real company, with fake datacenter, address and location. They made me retype this so it reappears again in the reviews. Again CHAT closes if you ask a question "how legit is the company" and google the address antique store comes up.
Aeon if you are real company provide a telephone number for customer service? You can't cause you are not real. Here is your PROVE.

Problem with withdrawing funds
Currently attempting an investment with this Company to see how this pans out. so far the initial investment of $10 provided with signup allows contracts to be bought. attempts with $100 also allows contacts to be bought. There is a minimum withdrawal of $100, i'll update this review if i've been able to withdraw the original investment. If this does prove correct, i'll attempt the $600 investment and see how well this goes.
Review to be updated 01/14/2025....
**update** - initial investments were fine however as profits began to increase it became more problematic to transfer funds out. I would therefore not recommend this platform going forward.

Questionable location
Scam-detector.com is showing the location of AeonMining.com as being based out of Singapore. Xin Jia PO to be exact. Site claims to be based out of U.K. I'm not saying company is a for sure scam, but we do have a right for an explanation on this.
Update: If users want proof this is a scam, go look in the "about" section on their website. You'll see a big beautiful building on their website which they advertise as their "data center headquarters location". If you save the pic, and zoom in, you'll even see the words Aeon Mining scrawled atop the building on both sides of it. A simple Google lens search shows this building belongs to a Company called Hydrokraft and they are located in Norway. Google lens will show this building was pulled from an article in highnorthnews.com. They colored out Hydrokrafts logo and photoshopped the picture to put the words AeonMining on it.
AeonMining will not address ANY issues or red flags that users have confronted them with on here. Instead they have chosen to beat around the bush and deflect, deflect some more and just keep deflecting.
