Excellent service, polite, explained I've just moved in and haven't had a tele for 4 days and he came straight round on a Friday night after 6pm. Took shoes off when entering a room, price was right for the job he done. Even gave advice on my attick. Highly recommended.

I don't usually write a review but a company as good as this deserves one! I rang at short notice to have another TV & bracket fitted to the wall. After discussing my requirements he went a step further and suggested a far superior finish which incorporated the services of an electrician. After taking his advice he was then able to fit me in within a day and from the time he arrived it was plain to see he was a very conscientious tradesman.
I liked the fact he went into considerable detail to check and double check my requirements and placement of the bracket. I have to say I was even more impressed when he got the spirit level out to make sure everything was perfect & straight/ level. There's not many these days that do that!
He took great care and attention within the house (even taking his shoes off without being asked) which I found very considerate. When the job was finished I was surprised to find the price a bargain for the time and care he spent at my house.
Would defo have more work done and recommend him to anyone.

Recently separated from my husband and just moved into another property but I couldn't get my TBH to work. I called Justin and despite being fully booked he said he'd come and sort me out early on the Saturday. He and his coworker got my tele working and were also good enough to move my washing machine for my! Thanks guys 😁😁

Justin replied to my e-mail in no time at all, within days mum had a new aerial fitted and a brand new tv in her bedroom, Justin even drove me up to Argos to collect the tv, nothing was any trouble, i found him very friendly professional helpful and polite would definitely use him again and also recommend him to others, excellent service.

Justin came to give me an estimate without delay. He tested very old wiring & aerial and recommended installing both new. I also wanted a second aerial fitting. He and Michael returned within two days and installed a new system with no fuss and a most positive approach. They were both courteous, caring, helpful and professional. Should I need aerial services in the future I would not go anywhere else. Thankyou to you both. I am one very happy customer.

Excellent and prompt service from Justin and the team. They fixed our satellite dish and helped us setting up our boxes to be able to watch French TV in no time at all. We have no hesitation in recommending Tone Aerials.

Justin from Tone Aerials came to install extra aerial points at our home in Woolavington but went the extra mile fixing connection issues with our internet as well. Arrived promptly, was polite and extremely tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I sent a text to Justin at 7.00 am. He rang me within minutes and said he could be with me at 4.00 pm the same day. He discussed with me whether a visit was actually necessary. Once he arrived he spent a few minutes ascertaining the most economical way of doing a good job. He worked quickly, cleanly and was cheerful and polite throughout. The price was right. I will definitely keep his contact details for future use as my customer experience could not have been better in any way. (Unlike another engineer that came last time, who was aggressive and dishonest.) If you ask Justin to do your work I guarantee you will be pleased. He is top of his game. Fiona McLaren

My partner phoned Justin to put an aerial and 2 aerial points in and install the sky equipment. Justin wasn't able to come and sent Mike a colleague of his. It was a brilliant service and we are really happy with the result. I would highly recommend.

I only have great things to say about this company. Justin was brilliant and sorted out my aerial without hesitation on the day i called whereas a competitor only saw issues. Will definitely use again and would recommend for a friendly and professional service.

4 new aerial points, new loft aerial, signal boost - all in place with no issues. Justin goes that one step further to ensure the job is well done (nothing is too much trouble)! His service is highly recommended.

When our TV signal was lost, we called this company and they were out next day. Justin was reliable, helpful and did an excellent job on replacing original cable. He also fitted new cable to our second TV so we can watch Sky on that. He did an excellent job, neat and tidy and was very thorough. Would certainly recommend him.

Highly recommend this Company. Justin was a really nice guy and so helpful. He has done a really neat job. As well as install a new aerial, and points, he also removed old satellite dishes, aerials, unsightly cables and fixed a roof tile too!

We recently moved to a new property: a new-build with aerial points in all the rooms. One small problem - none of them worked. We called these guys out and they came same day, identified the problem, quoted for it, and fixed it there and then. TV is now working beautifully. Very friendly service.

My daughter had a TV for her birthday to go in her bedroom. I promised it would be up within a week and my usual Aerial guy had sadly gone out of business. I asked on Facebook for recommendations and Justin's name came up. Called him at 5:30pm on Thursday and the job was completed by 11:30am on Friday morning. Allowed me to keep the Number 1 best Daddy title for a while longer!
