Avoid like the plague
I had arranged for this company to come and wall mount a tv for me. My partner took a half day so we lost money and she waited in at the agreed two hour time slot. After that time had passed I called the office to find out why no one had turned up I was told I would be called straight back with an ETA. Half an hour later I have to call back. Finally I get a call back with a half arsed apology that something had come up and they would re book me for SEVEN days later. I was shocked at being pushed to the back of the que after being let down after my appointment but I accepted and asked where I could leave a review of my experience. This is when Paul told me that there was no manager for me to speak to, that he would be removing my booking from his diary and that he would make sure my review was deleted.
