overpriced terrible experience

They use confusing names for products they offer and because of that I received wrong item. Then they refused to exchange it.. So I had to buy another one. Terrible customer service. Trust me it's not worth it.

Merci pour votre retour. Je suis désolé de vous informer que nos informations sont très claires. Nous prenons les noms de cintres sur le site internet des marques fabricant les cintres. Si vous n'êtes pas capable de vérifier votre modèle de cintre et de cliquer sur le bon modèle, nous n'y sommes pour rien. C'est facile de nous faire de la mauvaise pub quand vous n'êtes pas capable de faire attention ou vous cliquez sur une boutique en ligne.
Nous fabriquons nos adaptateurs sur-mesure. Nous avons 45000 combinaisons possibles donc nous ne pouvons pas échanger les empreintes quand l'erreur ne vient pas de nous.
Heureusement 99% de nos clients ne cliquent pas bêtement et leur commande est conforme à leur cintre.
C'est tellement facile de mettre un avis négatif 1 an après votre erreur.

Some parts of the racing bike's…

Some parts of the racing bike's handlebars were not delivered complete. Communication with the company was very difficult afterward, and no solution was found. €500 was thrown in the trash.
