Slow customer service
Sadly item did not fit well enough, not sellers fault and item was in good condition. Had to ask to return which you have to email them to ask how to return the item. This is where the customer service is lacking and very slow. They don’t respond to your email for a few days then reply with an offer which is unsatisfactory. I emailed back saying I wanted to return the item and have a full refund. I was eventually sent a QR code so use at the post office to return the item however the address you return the item to has no one in to receive the item so it came back to me.
Contacted them again, was told to reuse QR code so tried sending item back.
Company has now refunded me, thank you.
A lot of hassle but sorted eventually.
Appalling company
Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
I ordered an item as a gift which was supposed to arrive the next day (1-2 working day). By the 2nd day, the item still hadn’t even been dispatched so I emailed the support email to request to cancel the order as it wouldn’t arrive on time to give to the recipient for a birthday. I then had to fork out for a 2nd replacement gift in the meantime.
3 days after this, I’d heard nothing back and my order still hadn’t been dispatched so I emailed them once again to request to cancel my order and process a refund.
8 days after I placed an order I received a generic stalling email to say they are investigating and I will receive a response within 1-2 working days (why they couldn’t have just responded to my email properly at this stage I don’t know as there was nothing to investigate, my request to cancel was clear).
A day later I then received an email to say there has been a surge in demand for the item, hence the delay and my order was being prioritised for dispatch and should reach me within a few days. I responded within an hour to say, I’d asked to cancel the order twice as it’s no longer required due to arriving too late to gift. I asked them not to dispatch the order once angain and refund me to save everyone’s time as I would only have to return if it was sent.
7 days later, the item arrived and of course my email had been ignored again. I once again emailed to inform them that the item has arrived, despite me asking for this not to be sent 3 times. I asked for the returns process as I just wanted this resolved ASAP.
I received a reply 4 days later (funnily enough their quickest reply now that they’d actually sent the item). Firstly, calling me ‘Karen’ which is most definitely not anything like my name and secondly mentioning it was for my grandson, again im not old enough to even have grandchildren so I have no idea where this came from either. They then stated they could see the item had been delivered so couldn’t cancel the order now and to please let them know if I still wanted to return the item.
I honestly don’t know how much more plain I could have been. Every single request to cancel or return the items in my emails was ignored. The customer service is appalling.
After reading other reviews, I’ve not even taken the item out of the postage bag for fear of them not refunding me when they finally send instructions on how to return the item (if they ever do). I wish I’d had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering as it wouldn’t have saved me so much time, stress and money.
I have never dealt with a worse company and would absolutely discourage anyone from ordering from them.

This was a disaster from the start
This was a disaster from the start. Ordered hairdryer. The attachment broke and we went back and forth..mostly me sending emails and a video and waiting for answers. Finally I got the attachment off the hairdryer and they promised to send me a new one.. that didnt happen .. I had to contact them again.. finally just took 40 percent rebate .. never got the part.. this took nearly 5 months to sort out. Never ever buying from them again

Two stars given as the first part of the experience with this company was good. Easy to order and delivered quickly. From that point, when they have your money, this company deserves less than one star.
To return you need to contact the company, but can only contact by email to initiate a return. Emails which are never answered - 5 emails sent to try to return item in the last week!
I guess they figure customers will just give up or when they do reply the 30day return window will have closed.
My advice would be to avoid this company.

Bought the aeroflux straightair styler 2 in 1. Item was sold not as described, and did not match pictures on the website. Item arrived in an unbranded box, littered with spelling mistakes and typo's. There was no company name or logo on the item or the documents. There were no mandatory safety markings on any of the wires, or accompanying documents, to prove items authenticity. No warrenty card, and no company name, trademark or postal address provided. No UKCA or CE markings to prove if item was safe or not. No heat resistant mat or cleaning brush provided. No instructions manual for safe use. Just a danger leaflet emphasising that product can cause death. Due to concerns over its authenticity and safety, I requested a refund under their 30 days money back guarantee, customer services asked I send the item back. I did so, but they kept stalling me and refusing to pay. I eventually had to take this to an official dispute with my bank, which took over 3 months to get my money back, and cost me £14.75 In returns postage, which they still refuse to pay. This company are crooks! Do not use!

They don't refund your money so the 30 day return policy is rubbish. I received the 5 in 1 dryer, absolutely rubbish, doesn't do what it advertises on the video. So I paid delivery to return in the packaging as it arrived only to be told it had been used., so no refund. "Used " as I had taken out of packaging to put together. Another scam company - stay clear

Absolute crooks, don't buy from them.
I ordered a massage gun, it looks fine although i haven't tried it. it's just too heavy for me to use as I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my wrists. The lumbar support was too small, not long enough and I'm not five foot!
They just do not respond to my daily emails requesting a return and refund. I'm very annoyed and frustrated. I sent back the items to be told there was evidence of use. This is just not true.It was way too heavy to use. They are just crooks. They only respond late at night which makes me think that the UK address is just front. They owe me £90

I have now updated my score to 2 stars as I finally got my refund. It only took 3 months of daily emails and bad exposure for this to happen. They offered me £10 to take down my bad reviews, like I would ever get that. I also believe it’s not worth £10 as they are clearly not a good company to order from and would strongly advise not using them
