Do not buy this product. The company is dreadful. Had to get Visa involved to get a refund. Their customer service is appalling. They are scammers. Stay well away

Ordered an airfyer however they were out of stock and asked if I wanted an alternative item. I did not but was unable to send an email to the address given. After some time I discovered an alternative address, told them I did not want the larger airfryer and asked for a full refund as they were unable to supply the item ordered. They were happy to do this but charged me £15 for cancelling.

Not long had this about 6 uses and it blew up. Blew all the fuses. Frightened the life out of me. Don't buy they are poorly made to have done this in such a short time.

I bought this Air fryer from this company first when I got it out of the box the drawer was out of alignment. the finish of the machine was so poor I was worried it was a fire Risk have tried at least 20 times or more to get my money back. every email I get is we will give you a new machine. I would be scared use it also operating and safety instructions state this appliance is not intended to be used in household they are laughing at us.

This product we bought just before Christmas, because my husband had put incorrect address Evri sent this back to Aerofry, dispite advising Evri our correct address. To date we have emailed ‘Paddy’ 4 times, said they wait for parcel then will send us product or refund less £35 when they receive parcel. We paid £148.00 Christmas present to ourselves Dec 2024. Either way it is a no win situation for the customer, this so called company should be banned they are SCAMMERS- DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I purchased an air fryer from Aerofry (aerofry.co.uk), and while the product itself works okay, the after-sales service is quite disappointing. Communication is difficult, as they only respond via email, and even then, it’s inconsistent. Returning items seems nearly impossible due to unclear processes and extra costs for shipping back to China. To top it off, there’s little to no warranty information provided. Overall, the product is decent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

This company will not except returns , they state that the product must be returned to China at your expense. Avoid at all costs .

Bought an aerofry duel drawer as it had really good ratings. Had a bulb go after a few months. Contacted aerofry and they sent me a new bulb. It's impossible for me to change as the whole thing has to come apart and wires cut and soldered. They won't help now.

WARNING Do not buy this piece of garbage! Almost caused electrical fire. Mine blew up within 4 months and they don't respond to anything. There is a big burn mark and melted plastic on my power point. There is no support for customers at all.

For the love of god, please shop elsewhere - (keeping this short and sweet as more people are likely to read it) - ***YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND***

I have learned the Review I read is fake. Went fishing to find many bad reviews and the company is in China!
Sent email a few hours later to Cancel order and they said too late it's been shipped. Have blocked credit card and rang my bank but advised payment is immediate. 😡

Aerofry UK purports to be a opertinhg from the UK and offering a free world wide delivery service.
I paid the full monies required. Im staying in Cape Town South Africa for the next short period and asked for it to be delivered here. When checking my payment I found the payment was made in China (HK).
Aerofry didn't supply the product by saying Cape Town was "to remote" and only returned 85% of my payment back. I have asked why only 85% returned. Their sales director "Paddy" "advises according to our policy 15% is a reasonable reduction."
Reasonable reduction for what? Be careful would be my advise after getting nowhere. BUY elsewhere or be scammed by this despicable company..

SCAM COMPANY! AVOID! Rubbish product! Company is not in UK as advertised. Based in China. No customer service, no one responded to emails or website queries until I raised a credit card dispute with my bank , then I received an offer of 3% refund! The email was in very poor English.
The product when it finally arrived was broken inside box, and was just rubbish ! I'm still fighting for a refund.

Airfryer broke after 6 months. I requested a replacement via email and was asked to provide the order number. Since providing the order number they have ignored all of my emails. I tried filling in a web form and that too was completely ignored.

There is no phone number or company address (or company number) so its impossible to contact them.

It’s a SCAM!!!!
Bought it and got sent damaged product that’s not even the same model. Impossible to return using scam tactics. Robot generic responded email. Once report to credit card company, got responded with return policy with FAKE contact number and FAKE return address to China.

This company doesn't seem to trade under UK trading laws. They don't supply warranty paperwork, the air fryer I bought does not have a serial number, the operating instructions don't relate to the product!! Abysmal after sales service. You may get a response to your email (no other way to contact Areofry), however any hint of a problem with their product and the silence is deafening. If you are experiencing similar problems, contact Citizens Advice and they can pass your issue to Trading Standards. I have just reported this company

My elderly mother recently purchased an air fryer from this company. I reached out to the company to return the box which was still unopened. After two weeks of trying to reach them via email to return the product, they finally responded that there are no return labels, that all returns need to be shipped to China at the purchasers cost, that I will need to pay customs clearance and import duty tax. Also, they did not provide a return address.

This company ignores my emails regarding my faulty air fryer. Avoid at all costs

I very rarely write a negative review. However do not expect any response from Aerofry if you encounter an issue with your airfryer. I sent them two emails and no response, not even an acknowledgement. Terrible after sales service
