DO NOT BUY.
Never received the product, their chat bot just offers to play a game with you and that's it. Absolute scam.

This is a scam. I ordered on 20th Dec 2024 and waited until early January due to the holidays. I contacted them both by their webform and by a separate email. NO REPLY was received. I emailed them again (and also by webform). Again no reply whatsoever.
I telephoned them. The phone number is not connected. I traced their 'address' 9 Crown St Manchester (Within the Ivy business centre) and contacted the Ivy Business Centre: They have no such company within the centre, they have had lots of people looking for them though! I have reported to the police & Action Fraud. I will also inform my Bank tomorrow. PLEASE DO NOT BE CAUGHT BY THESE CRIMINALS LIKE I WAS.

As per all the other comments - this is a scam company, takes payment and nothing sent. No way to get in touch to complain so had to claim back via card company.

All reviews below are correct and I wish i'd saved myself £38 by reading this first. It's a scam. There's no 'contact us' and no response to emails.

They do not respond to any emails or phone, the number ust ne fake as you can not get through.
Obviously at absolute nobody running this business. Just quit and stop ripping others off!!!

Ordered a can of spray paint on 1st April. Got the automated email to say that my order had been received. Nearly 3 weeks on, and I have not received my order and there has been no reply to my emails

Do not purchase from this company!!!
They will take payment and not send product…

Wish I'd read these reviews first. I ordered paint on 9th Dec 2022 expecting delivery in 3-5 days per the website. Allowing for Christmas, delays in posting, etc. I didn't chase up immediately, but did so at the start of January by email; no response, no read-receipt on the email. I tried to use the contact form on the website but this doesn't work; the 'phone number isn't connected.
I have now had to claim a refund via Paypal. Very disappointing.

Ordered spray paint from aerosolspraypaint. Payment through PayPal went straight through and received an invoice immediately. No further communication or tracking details and number cannot be reached for follow up. No response to any correspondence either. I’ll be taking up with PayPal for a refund. Do not use!

Still waiting after 4 months. I normally check out companies but didn’t this time.

Ordered two cans of spray paint on June 8th. Nothing received and zero response to mails. Has all the characteristics of a scam.

Ordered spray paints on 8th May'22, despite repeated attempts to find out status of order can't get a response of any sort. Have asked for a refund, result more silence, how do I get my money back ?

DO NOT USE AEROSOLSPRAYPAINTS if you actually want the items you paid for. TERRIBLE company, terrible customer service. DO NOT USE.

vry poor response customer services. ordered aerosol on 12t october no order received till 28th october decided to put a negative review on trustpilot and received refund just in 7 minutes of my negative response. advice one of the most poor customer services think before you order also wasting our time as we promise our customers.
