Really great company to deal with. I bought the wrong size a while back, and they still let me exchange it without any hassle. Customer service was excellent, and the quality is great too. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Got the new Hunter Blaze Orange Wind Armor Jersey on Black Friday and I love it. It is super bright so I stand out on evening rides and it keeps me nice and warm

I love the All Day Bibs. They fit perfectly and allow me to ride for hours. I have had a few months of riding in them, and no complaints. Shipping was quick.

Decades old designs, and then when you tell them their package arrived without a receipt in it, they argue with you that it did. Real smart customer service... And I'm sitting here with a just opened package with my wife. Please go anywhere else, not this company. A good thing would be, go to Amazon with all the cycling equipment that's on there now, and if you belong to Amazon, it's free returns, and you don't have to put up with a bunch of BS like you do with these guys.

Order 2 jerseys on June 30th 2025. I emailed the company a week later asking about my order. Was informed the printer was down Then in a later email was told there was a problem on the sewing floor. It is now Email them back on July 15th 2025 and was told my last jersey was on the printer and that my orde4 would ship later that afternoon. And guess what...NOPE! NOTHING!
I sure they are going to email me back an tell me another excuse.

Aero Tech Designs is a super company supporting cyclists. They are located in Pittsburgh and the quality of their products is excellent. I have been buying from them for several years and will continue to do so.

I've been using Aerotech products for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I am 6'2" and around 300 pounds, and I bought 4 XL cycle jackets and 3 XL padded bike shorts.

These items have been through approximately 5000 kilometers of riding, and they still look as good as new. The high-quality material has not faded even after numerous washes, and they've withstood heavy use without any issues.

For tall and heavy riders, Aerotech is the best supplier in the world. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend their products.

RETURN POLICY SUCK, CUSTOMER PAY POSTAGE $15, FOR GLOVES COST $30! BAD EXPERIENCE!

ATD has some of the best cycling apparel I've ever worn. They're priced fair durable, and I love how ATD always has different styles, inseams, and product features. Their cargo bibs are among my favorite bibs to wear, and they have great big and tall jerseys, too. No matter what size of a cyclist you are, you can find fitting kits from this company. I feel like they make cycling welcome to everyone.

Searched high and wide for new cycling shorts. Tried Aero Tech Elite shorts. Loved them. Lasted a long time but pad fianally tore. Purchased two new pairs. Stitching was abrading the skin at the top back of my thighs on both sides. Called Customer Service out of frustration. They had me send them back. Stitching was defective. Immediately replaced. Back to loving my cycling shorts. Thanks Aero Tech Customer Service.

purchased a cycling dress .
Item came no shorts inside . How can you cycle without a short under the dress ? I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping when something is sold as cycling items and its not .added today , company did reach out and offered to pay for shipping g as there was confusion on the item . I would buy again for them again . Thank you

I have used Aerotech for years and the products have been great. I had an issue with a pair of shorts and left a review. They have been on the ball making it right and even offering to make me a custom pair. While I ended up just opting to exchange for a different model, they haven't asked me to commit until I am happy with the new pair. I have never, ever had a company go so far to make a happy customer, and in return they have my loyalty. Thanks!

The jerseys have poor elastic fit and do not fit true to size. The fit kit jerseys didn’t fit like the final product. Disappointed and was not satisfied with their lack of support.

This company is a standout in their field to deal with. I returned the wrong sizing, purchased many months before, and the provided an exchange, no questions asked.
