LIES about lost products - they claim delivery
Product lost in distribution system and they claim it was delivered but even USPS said it was lost and had me file a missing mail piece search. They are refusing to refund the money. Their emails are polite and request that I be patient but then outright LIE and say the package was delivered, even though that claim is disputed by the post office. They claim to be an American company but ship from China. They seem deceitful in everything - even causing the product to be delayed for inadequate postage. They also sell under various website names - for example, aerovixa.shop is one of their sites but email comes from baylinkco.com They also say satisfaction guaranteed - well, that certainly isn't true! Stay away and save yourself the aggravation.
