Very poor experience with aertrip I'll never book again from this site.. they took money then call and demand for 900 extra for seat confirm.... If you guys r not able to confirm ticket then return money within an hour.... Very bad experience please don't book from this side... 4 times I called then they pick up my call...

My experience was good and amazing. Facilities are too good. The flight was on time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable seats and good food.

I made my all booking (air+hotel) with Aertrip and I am very satisfied with my experience with them their team is so helpful whenever I had any issue I connected with their team and they resolved my issue such a nice experience…….in future also I will do all my booking from them

This was my first time booking a flight through Aertrip, and honestly, the experience started off quite stressful. After making the payment, I did not receive my tickets immediately, which left me panicked. I kept trying to get in touch with their customer care team, but it was difficult to reach anyone, and I felt there was a lack of promptness and proper support.

Finally, after about 40 minutes of anxious waiting, Mr. Ashish from the Aertrip team reached out to me. He was very professional, quick in resolving the issue, and even shared my confirmed tickets directly on WhatsApp, which brought a lot of relief. His assistance was definitely the highlight of the experience.

Overall, while the team may be a bit slow and not very prompt in customer care, they do get the work done. They ask for extra money sometimes on the paid fare. I feel it is unfair. This review is purely based on my experience with their flight booking service and does not reflect their other offerings.

I would rate the service 3/5.

Aertrip is a good website and cool feature is AI

Mr Ashish Kapoor is excellent customer service executive and he deserves more better position because he can understand and provide nice cushion of aertrip is the best service provider.
