everything alright. immediate order confirmation, quick order processing and adeguate delivery .
Only negative aspect BRT service: they did NOT deliver home but simply sent message that they did not find anyone at the address and left the package at the nearest delivery point (They selected themselves). at the given address there is someone all the time.

Buongiorno Marianna, effettivamente lei aveva ordinato il pentolino da 400 ml con manico in legno (prezzo 9.88€) e le è stato inviato per nostro errore quello con manico in plastica (prezzo 10,98). Se vuole lo possiamo sostituire immediatamente senza spese da parte sua. Ci tengo a dirle che quello che le è stato inviato è più costoso rispetto a quello ordinato anche perchè ha una capacità maggiore (arriva a tenere 550 m). Il nostro servizio clienti è sempre raggiungibile chiamando il 3204484447 anche inviando un whattsapp sabato e domenica inclusi. Rimaniamo pertanto a sua disposizione per la sostituzione.
