Love the clothes. Love the company and the ethos of slow fashion. Knowing everything is made to order in their London studio is really gratifying.The cut, styling and colours are really flattering and make me feel special and unique.

Their customer service is fast and very personal. You feel you are dealing with people who really want to please. I have pretty much bought my whole summer wardrobe from them and I'm now looking forward to buying my winter wardrobe from them 😊

Love this small London based slow fashion brand!
I ordered the Big Softie duo shorts and a Whitney shirt (with tassels!!), and they both fit so well and are super comfortable!

I wasn’t sure about the size for shorts as have chunky things, so got in touch via Instagram to ask for advice on leg measurements. Heidi was super helpful, specially measured for me the size I was after and ensured it should be a good fit. And it very much is!!

I've made multiple orders now from Aesthetic Laundry. I LOVE their clothes. They do these amazing Whitney tassel pieces which I always wear on zoom calls now and sometimes to the office with some nice smart trousers. I always get compliments and asked where I got my tops from. I LOVE that you can dress the pieces up or down and you can layer up to wear all seasons. I have a fleece skirt which is a staple now in my wardrobe for winter or changing seasons. I've bought from their amazing end of roll collections too where they source smaller amounts of fabric than usual. I have 2 amazing cardigans now that I wear all the time. Keep doing what you're doing AL!

I have ordered and received several items of clothing from Aesthetic Laundry from both their website and their Depop store (used to sell returns, one offs or slightly damaged items etc) and I have loved every item. When my Depop order was missed by the team, I contacted them to a prompt reply and the item was sent straight away with an extra treat from them and a lovely note.

I can't wait to buy more items, I'm obsessed with everything I have so far, it's great quality and really comfortable.

I LOVE everything about this brand. Slow fashion, size-inclusive and good quality pieces. I made a relatively small order at the end of last year and have made several since!!!! I live in their clothes now. If you're looking to invest in something a bit different and feel passionate about supporting small businesses, look no further. I cant reccomend them enough.

Really high quality products: beautifully made, cosiest and comfiest jumpers and joggers you could ever add to your wardrobe! Bought 1 jumper and almost immediately after I received the order I jumped online to order another one and some of the joggers too.

Customer service is second to none, incredibly helpful across multiple platforms. Think I corresponded on Instagram, Depop and through email and always had a quick response.

Right don’t get me wrong the clothes are nice, well made and great quality. What let it down was the service. The item I wanted was advertised at £52 reduced from £65 on their insta. When I went to order off the website it was still £65. I messaged and had a prompt reply from Heidi to say that was a mistake and it should be £52. I messaged again several times as I really wanted to buy it especially at the offer price but got ignored. Only to then see the insta price back up to the presale price. Still no reply. I just found it so rude. Also a tad on the false advertising of price. I have the screen grabs of this. I bought the jumper as I really wanted it. It arrived super prompt but was too big. Considering the service from Heidi it put me off getting a replacement. I should however say emails from Joss were fast and super helpful. Shame one lets a company down. Really disappointed ☹️

I LOVE THIS JUMPER

The yellow Alexa jumper I purchased is an absolute dream. It's really comfy and cosy feeling - I love the fleece cuffs and hems. The yellow is so beautiful, it makes me feel like a ray of sunshine
