We ordered a lamp which took 2 months to arrive. No email to inform us of the upcoming delivery. Item was left by courrier in the street, and stolen the same day. Customer service initially said they would send a new lamp, but never provided any confirmation, no lamp was ever delivered and customer service never answered again. Got my money back through my credit card.
