Absolutely disgusting in there
Absolutely disgusting in there. Mould everywhere and they try to cover it up or dust it off. Or get the workers to ‘oh just cover it in paint’ letting customers walk away with mould ridden items is appalling. But money talks to these guys. The ignorance to the workers also working in such revolting work conditions says everything really. Avoid at all costs!

My last 2 orders have been a bit…
My last 2 orders have been a bit problematic as the shoes ordered in each case were out of stock despite showing availability online. Nonetheless the service and communication was excellent and a solution was found. It would be helpful to have a consolidated stock tracking system to avoid this problem. Overall I am happy with the shoes in the end.

Awful customer services, never received item, requested refund.
Awful customer services, ordered item, with 2-5 working days delivery, advised (after contacting) delivery by the Monday, nothing, contacted again, no apology just stated that in 24/48 hours I will receive my item. Still no tracking information several days later. Requested refund, which I received almost immediately.
Purchased the same expensive item elsewhere with next day delivery.
Very bad experience, will never shop here again.

Very pleased with the product and service. I placed my order late on a Friday and paid for the next day delivery. I emailed their customer service department Monday morning, to explain the reason for the next day delivery. I received a response within an hour confirming my order will be out for delivery that day. It arrived on Tuesday. Very pleased with the product

Two weeks later my order still hasn’t been dispatched!!!
Update: Company is legit, but maybe didn’t have the physical product in their stock. A bit of a stress when ordering for a specific date! It arrived the day after this review.
Original: Placed an order on the 16th, they replied the day after they didn’t have the colour I ordered, I changed the colour. On the 24th I emailed again and they said it should arrive within 48-hours. 48-hours later, guess what? You guessed it, still not arrived!! It hasn’t even been dispatched!! I think they sell products they don’t have and are not able to get within the time they promise. £300 later, should I just contact my card issuer and cancel this order? Hope it’s not a scam…
