A+ customer service with immediate response!!

I needed clarification about my subscription so I emailed customer support and omg!! They answered me in like 5 mins like it was a chat and took care of my issue and were pleasant! I am so impressed! Plus I am really learning with this content!! 5 stars!!!.

FRAUD - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T SIGN UP

Signed up up for a subscription for $32.99 A WEEK, without me ever registering my email address, which then made it nearly impossible to cancel. I did start to create a profile to learn about it, but once I saw the cost I stopped before ever registering my email address. Yet it somehow auto registered the payment through google pay anyways. I had to go through the credit card company and report.

Support team

The support team is very nice and helpful. I subscribed to 12 weeks of content but misunderstood the information and the agreement about subscriptions to other guides and suddenly I had 4 payements processed at once. I asked the team to cancel everything so I could start carefully anew and I was assisted in the best way possible.

As always…

As always, my session with Anna was great. This was my second one and I always go into the session with a pain deep in my chest, but once the session is over, I feel better than before it started because I was able to talk and vent and be vulnerable without judgement. Which is what I need and appreciate Anna so much for.

Great customer experience

I found the app to be interesting and informative. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I had to cancel and the customer service team were extremely helpful. Hoping that I can rejoin again in the future.

Camil was intentional in reading what my concerns really were. Not just about fixing a problem. Kindness and compassion were shown. Life is hard and often no one stops to notice. People like Camil make a difference. That is true customer service.

Very expensive for what it is

Very expensive for what it is. Nothing ground breaking. You can find most of this material online for free. It is a weekly subscription, so once you cancel, you lose access to all the materials you paid for, even the PDFs

I explored the product and think it is very helpful, but it was not for me in this season. I was auto charged and contacted them about wanting to not have the subscription and they very quickly took care of it which I appreciate it. Five stars on Customer Service.

This has been the worst experience I…

This has been the worst experience I have had with an application, and I’ve still been unable to resolve my problem. I signed up for the application and I am being charged every month even though I can’t login to the account and have emailed the support email numerous times.

Quality Customer Service

Quality customer service is not easy to find but your team provided it. I went from feeling ripped off to excited to commence my course. Half way through and absolutely learning…. I am confident I kno why the last guy ran for his life!!!
