I would review this as a bad company but it's not a company. It's a scam in the worst way. They sent me a product vastly inferior to the picture but I bought it and would keep it. But I ordered a Large and they sent me a jacket labeled XXL but it's actually an adult small at best. It must be an XXL kids size. They tried to tell me that's sizes are different for different people and I received a Large. I sent a pic of the jacket six inches from my wrists clearly showing its a small. Or extra small. I had to pay over $50 to return this via the cheapest method to CHINA. That's the only place that accepts returns. They won't reimburse any of the return shipping cost and almost seem to make fun of my situation. It's not only frustrating, it's violating. It's infuriating, knowing that they know they have me. They say they can't refund because it's their policy and even if it's their mistake, that's their policy. I imagine alot of people don't want to spend the money to return their product so they're stuck with a bad product that doesn't fit or has some issue. Maybe it's an ingenious marketing plan! Seriously, do not purchase from this company. Inferior product with no customer service or care. Dont fall for the pretty picture. Buyer Beware!

BAD BAD BAD!!! Way over priced! For example I can purchase the same overpriced jacket they sell for $80.00 for $32.00 dollars on AMAZON with free shipping and 2 day delivery service. AFFINITYFIND is a rip off company and should be shut down and kicked off of FACEBOOK!!!

I ordered some shoes. The wrong color was sent but they required me to pay the exorbitant shipping to get them back to China before they would exchange the shoes and it was 4 times the cost of the shoes. Needless to say, this company is a scam. We must ALL learn a valuable lesson and NEVER purchase from this company. They should not have the right to stay in business.

Don't buy from this company. They are a complete ripoff. Takes a month to get the product. I ordered on 3/31, did not receive until May 3. Then it was the wrong size and a women's instead of men's. Now they want me to pay the $35 shipping fee to return their mistake before getting a refund. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time with this company.

From all the companies from China (registered in US) it is the biggest fraud covered by US law I have ever met. Don't get hooked up by them as you will end up paying quality price for the cheapest junk that you may think of.
You will regret big time! Don't fall for their PayPal payment method either or their claim that they will look for solution - they won't.
They will offer you a solution which is more expensive than the price you pay for goods (yes, postal charges). And in case you do, filing return with PayPal - call PayPal immediately and ask for postal costs refund instructions as they do not inform you ahead (if you are ordering in EU they have to follow the EU consumer protection laws and cover the postal charges which are much more expensive than the goods you bought).

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Pants took a month to arrive. No replies to my emails asking where the pants were. When they finally arrived it was too late to wear them as we had snow. Wore them for the first time this past weekend (may 13, 2018). They are not water repellent on all parts of the pants, only the black part of the hiking pants are water repellent, the other parts at the waist, inside the thighs, behind the calves absorb water. Right pocket zipper broke after having them on for 10 minutes, zipper came right off and into my hand. Left pocket came off half the track after wearing the for a few hours. Emailed the company and they said they couldn't help me as it was past 30 days, even though their guarantee policy says nothing of the sort. Don't buy from these people. So the official stance of Affinity Find is that they will not refund return shipping.

Their product was not as described, defective and yet they will not refund unless I return at my own cost.

Nowhere in their policies or faqs do they say that return shipping is on the buyer.

They do repeatedly say that it's no problem to return unused items if we don't like them, they are defective or they sent the wrong item.

Right on the page of the item I bought is a statement of guarantee and Zero risk.

I read their policies before I purchased to make sure I could return it.

When the bag came and it was a piece of garbage I began to initiate the refund procedure as their policies ask me to.

In their procedures they say that you have to get the go ahead to return before returning the item. So after 2 or 3 emails where the response was to read the faqs and the policies or copies of part or the whole of them I finally got specific and asked "so does this mean you will accept my return?" And they finally gave me the go ahead.

They sent me the address to send it to and that's when I realized where the item came from and I began to feel very dumb for not looking further into this company before ordering.

I went to the Post office to find the cheapest way with tracking to send this back. $25 USD!!!

I came back home to send another email asking specifically whether they refund the return shipping as well since it was their product that was defective and not just that I didn't like it.

After being told to read the faqs and policies again several times (where they don't address this question at all) I had to tell them to stop sending me that response and answer my question.

The answer was "no as we ship all over the world and cannot have a relationship with every post office"

So.... I have made a claim through paypal I hope they can give me satisfaction. This shoddy bag is still sitting here in it's original packaging... awaiting it's eventual fate of the dustbin. I almost feel sorry for it. It could have been a good bag, but it isnt. It could have been an inexpensive bag, but it wasn't. It could have brought a moment of happiness that I finally found the bag I've imagined for a long time, but it didn't.

This company has no pride in the quality or accuracy of their product. I ordered the bomber jacket as a gift. It took over a month for delivery. I ordered an XL, received a 3XL which was still too small and the snaps fell off when removing it from the bag the first time. I was embarrassed to even admit that I had purchased such a poorly made item without researching the company first.

Never answer emails even one sent by PayPal after I raised a complaint with PayPal. Received email from them exactly 1 week after I ordered to say goods had been dispatched quoted a tracking number with China post that turned out to be incorrect. Exactly another week later someone calling himself RANDY the Sales Director sent an email saying from the Tracking the goods were out for delivery(needless to say they never arrived) Another 2 weeks passed yet more emails unanswered

These people are flat out crooks. You think you are buying from a US company and it arrives from China. They send you the wrong item and they force you to return it to China at your cost. Went back and forth with them, just stupid excuses. I am going to take their jacket they sent me, pour gas on it, burn it and post it on U TUBE. I have never dealt with such ignorant people. Ordered a 2X when I only needed a 1X, they sent us a 4X and it is far to small. They must be sizing up midgets.

A disgusting web site. Worthless communication not answered in a timely manner. I am ready to report them to the RCMP website antifraud division

Fast service, good items. When help was needed, support was there trough it. The only "bad" point is the time/response when emails are sent. But I will do business again wiht Affinity. Thank you

order shoes - over a month now still nothing delivered! unbelievable scam on Facebook. Never again.

Product took a month to arrive, everything seems to come surface from China, tracking is an absolute joke. Shoes are OK, maybe a little better than OK, but they arrived after I left for my event. Customer Service doesn’t read your questions, just boiler plates everything. Run Away, you can do better most any where else.

I ordered a jacket and pair of cargo pants from this company, believing they were based in Oregon. Turns out they are based in China. The jacket I ordered was size XL. I received a 3XL item. The pants never did arrive. Repeated emails to Affinity Find result only in badly worded responses asking that I return the jacket to China via trackable mail at my expense. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is a highly unethical company.

I purchased a medium hoodie and was sent an extra large. I then received canned response after canned response until I gave in and shipped the item back, paying for my own shipping, then waited 2 more months for them to only partially refund me because they “don’t refund shipping” EVEN WHEN THEYRE THE ONES IN THE WRONG. Cheap Chinese warehouse company fronted in Washington with probably not a real person in the US working at the company.
