I paid monthly upfront ,stop using them April, now end of july and got an invoice saying I owe money, when I spoke online agent was only interested in me renewing not at all wanting to apologise or confirming it was an error. Still waiting as I 100% owe nothing

I think it is hilarious that so many people have taken to trust pilot to complain about an illegal tv stream provider not having a customer service department haha. this world couldn't get anymore messed up.

Good for first subscription. Paid for my next and it was blocked. Sent emails but received no response,it seems support is non existent. Thank god u only subscribed for 3 mths. £25 down the drain and have to find new provider. Pls be careful.

Terrible customer service. Incorrectly expired my services, ignored service tickets etc

Didn’t really want to press on any of those stars, this service is terrible. Wanting the money every single month yet nothing seems to be working, have been trying to sort out the problem but the online help seems uninterested.

Very very bad service been off since 14/03/21 no service customer service don’t care just give you the runaround if you do decide to go with them get a exit plan I used PayPal (don’t choose friends and family when paying they will try get you to) for my exit plan issued a claim for refund against them good luck with new subscriber it’s a mine field out there check trustpilot first

I had 2 months and had channels but for the past month only had 1 week of 1 month paid. Today they say the server is working but yet I still have no channels just a black screen like I have had for the past 3 weeks. No channels but still send invoices like people are going to pay for nothing provided

Decent service to begin with...decent customer services at the beginning
From March the 16th no service nothing works totally ignored by customer services a pitiful apology on the homepage no updates, everything was going to running again in a few days and still dared to send payment invoice
*Avoid this service at all costs*
And for those that pay more than a month at a time, stop it it might appear cheaper in the long run but if it goes bust you have lost all that money-losing one month is far less painful far better more reliable services out there

Service had been good with good support and channel output until mid March.
Since the service went down hill and I have had no service since then.

Support now also very poor with questions left unanswered.

I expect service will not return.

When first Subscribed 8 months ago I could get most of the channels. Never been able to access the entire range.

Customer service was very good but recently it has majorly declined. Not been able to access anything for 2 days and I'm lucky if I can get a response.

Paid for 3 months. Nothing works anymore. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Emailed and told they were changing servers, it would take a moment. That was five days ago and now they don't reply at all. Please avoid at all costs.
Don't be fooled if this works for a few days, it will stop and you won't receive a response. I got 4 days out of my 3 month subscription.

Update. They refunded me in full.

Absolute theft from these guys promise the earth and give nothing especialy to resellers the only supplier that charges £30 per month to upgrade there business but the reseler gets no financial help with their bussines selleing this companies product all management and owners are thevies and should be reported to the Authorities for stealing Customers money and Resellers money stay well clear They have absolutely no morals or concienece when it come to theft of your cash

I paid for 3 months IPTV. Left countless emails telling them it wasn't working now I've been left out of pocket. Do not give these lot any money!!

Dont bother with these scammers, had for 1 month and went fine, the second month they changed their app on amazon firestick, all channels kept buffering, I have two separate subscriptions and both were paid via paypal, when I complained they had the audacity to say I havent renewed. Now ive lost £20, they arent replying to my emails and used to take 24 hours to reply, worst iptv you can ever get stay away go find another provider

Good and quick response from staff. Great quality, best i`ve seen so far, cannot fault so far on my second month

This company are dishonest - agreed refund three months ago and still not received. They have also taken the ability to contact them in real time down. Avoid these scammers

The worst company took 100 pound had to get paypal to refund me, i payed with pay then not the bitcoin as i thought it was a bit dodgy im so glad i did because soon as i paid there did not get back to me with login in details to reseller page and kept telling in someone would contact in 4hr but 4 days later same reply every day. Then told me why i did not pay with PayPal friend and family. There just want you to pay tham with PayPal friend and family or bitcoin so once there get you money thats it gone. DO NOT PAY THAM A PENNY, YOU WONT GET NOTHING

Don’t trust paid for 1 month subscription then suspended my account 10 days later also the app takes 20 plus minutes to load not worth the hassle find a better service provider

theses cowboys take your money and provide you with such poor quality. constant buffering. save your money before you buy 😡
