Warning: Do not use this chef. He produced a standard of food I would not expect from a professional chef or even a home cook. Despite being asked to us local butchers and producers, he used cheap supermarket bought meat and produce including cake mixes and jars of pesto. Canapes were broken bread stick wrapped in ham. He was aggressive to other staff and threatened to leave on the eve of our dinner party - in the end he was so unpleasant we had to ask him to leave. His name has been struck off the estate website of recommended chefs. Our experience of him bears no relation to other 'reviews' online both in standard of food or his behaviour. He then demanded payment for food which we didn't either eat or find in the house. Please beware if it hadnt been for locals rallying together to make our guests a meal he would have completely destroyed a very important celebration.
