Placed order 10/26/2022 and they then get a USPS tracking number but never send the product. Has been "in transit" since 10/26/2022. Forget trying to get in touch with them by phone and emails are replied to with canned statements. Almost a month later and still have not received them. Person who gave them 5 stars was definitely a plant. Put a dispute in with credit card and also reported them the AZ Attorney General's office. Disgraceful that they use the troops as part of their marketing scam.

They have no customer service!
They do not have any customer service. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Phone calls are answered by a recording telling you to go to their face book page to message them via Messenger. When you do that, they tell you to go to the FAQ page on their website, which directs you to send them an email - which you already have done and gotten no response.

Affordable Compression Socks
I absolutely loved my experience with the Affordable Compression Sock team. There were so many choices, great colours, and awesome prices! It did take a bit for my parcel to come, I worked with the customer support team, they were wonderful and extremely helpful with reassuring me everything was alright. My order arrived without incident, and I won’t hesitate to order from them again. I also would recommend them to anyone who needed their services!!

POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND
No one answer phone, goes straight to voicemail. Still waiting on an E-mail response after two days.
Site says delivery within two to five days, and yet hasn't even been processed after three days.
I do not recommend this company.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service.. Took them over a week to respond to my email. They don't offer refunds, exchanges is a process. Sent me the wrong order, why should i reorder when i followed their size chart the first time. They messed up and it's the customers fault. The quality is not good, they do not fit right period. I don't care that it states no refunds. When you receive something not as described or the wrong order, it should be refunded.
