A great experience from Affordable flooring solution from first meeting Gary. We had a sample of striped carpet we wanted for our stairs and landing that we liked and straight away Gary was able to source at a very reasonable price. All the measurements were checked and we had a visit from Luke to confirm dimension. Good communication throughout the process of arranging dates for fitting . The fitter Alan did an excellent job of fitting the striped carpet and was very professional and experience with laying stair carpet. We were very impressed with the whole experience of working with the team.any thanks for a great job. We shall be back early in the new year for advice on another room we are moving onto next.

WOW WOW WOW - I am truly blown away with the Gary and the team at affordable flooring.

I've been renovating my home for the past 2 years and after months and months of searching, I came across affordable flooring with the most perfect carpet shades for my upstairs, stairs, front room and out house.

The team removed and disposed of all my old flooring, moved every single piece of furniture - then put it all back once the new carpet was laid. I can not thank the team enough!!!!

Unreliable!
The first time I was booked to have flooring fitted, no one turned up, there was no one available to speak to as the phones hadn't been diverted. I was eventually contacted and it was explained that the "big job" the fitters were on had been bigger than anticipated, i was offered a good will gesture and luckily this was rectified the following day.
The second time I was booked to have flooring fitted I had to find out from a third party two days before they were due to come that there was no fitters available on the date we had agreed. I had no contact regarding this, I had taken time off of work to paint and prepare the rooms, I had arranged someone to come and help move the furniture out of both of the rooms and arranged someone to take my dog for the day of the fitting. I had emailed to confirm the appointment and had no reply, I had called the office and left a message and had no reply, I had even messaged the man who had originally given me the goodwill gesture and still no reply. Disgustingly poor customer service. Unreliable company. Would NOT recommend.
