We are a family run business, based in Bury St Edmunds. We have been supplying carpets and flooring in Norfolk and Suffolk for 20 years and the owner, Chris, has over 40 years experience in the trade. We take the stress out of choosing your new flooring by one of our friendly estimators visiting your home at a time that suits you. We carry a wide range of modern flooring to suit all your needs, which also gives you the benefit of being able to coordinate colours with your existing furniture & colour schemes. In addition, you can visit our well stocked warehouse/showroom to either buy direct from our stock and takeaway the same day, or look at and choose from our entire range of flooring samples. I cannot recommend Chris enough
I cannot recommend Chris enough. We needed some flooring to match a job he did 2 years ago for a precious tenant and he was straight on it, giving us updates as often as he could. He not only found the flooring (which had been discontinued) but got it delivered before the bank holiday and opened up on Saturday to let us pick it up. I would come back here again and again and again for any flooring because of how efficient he was, it was so refreshing. We are now off to set up our new buisness venture and it's all because of Chris we can get started and open on time!

It is sad having used this company…
It is sad having used this company before that the service standards have fallen abysmally. 1) could not keep first appointment so had to be changed. 2nd made a decision on what we wanted, turned out the vinyl wasn't available.. 3rd Telephoned several times , followed directions of search for one we liked and let him know. wife rang left details. 4th Said he would revisit but didn't No return call. So I rang.. was asked for details. Emailed details link etc. Company wrote back saying couldn't get the details which is available on any computer. from Carpet right. Received a email saying we should go elsewhere. 12 days wasted because of the lack of attention to detail and our needs.

We have only just been able to access this review, hence the delay in our response.
Firstly we would like to apologise for the lack of communication that you felt took place. As stated by you, you were seeking a product that was available from Carpetright. As we explained at the time, Carpetright rename there products and we were not able to source that particular vinyl due to fact that Carpetright change the product names and, without the original name, this is very difficult.
We did not mean to cause offence when we suggested that, as they had the product you wanted, you perhaps used Carpetright on this occasion.
