Don’t Use This Site.
They take your order and money, give you a delivery date and that’s the end of it. NO delivery, No way of contacting them, Chatbot that just takes you round in circles.
I paid via PayPal and they couldn’t contact them either so gave me a refund otherwise I would have lost my money.

Out and out thieves - they have no means for customers to contact them. Chat never works. Order cancellation options are designed-out of their websites. All communications are filtered - cancellation requests are ignored. This company owes me over £1300 - my credit card company placed their transaction in dispute (no delivery was arranged or agreed to, this company has NOT incurred any cost and I have not received any goods) and they have just used Klarna to create another transaction without my authorisation - this is theft. They also trade under Designer Radiator Concepts and LuxPadGroup
